We love Swanage for its olde world feel. Swanage is a real traditional seaside town with loads to do in and around. From taking advantage of the wonderful scenery and countryside, to scuba diving and rock climbing, and everything in between. We have found that people come to Swanage for various reasons; Scuba diving, walking, climbing, mountain biking or just to visit. Couples, families and groups are all offered a warm welcome year round. Well behaved children are welcome.

Beautiful house is ideal location
From booking to arriving, the process has been very easy. We were delighted with the house and the convenient location, only a five minute walk to town and the beach. Comfortable and well equipped, the house had everything promised and a great choice of DVDs and books. The outdoor covered area was ideal for wet walking boots, wellies and wetsuits. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the towels provided were soft and large. We did have a few problems with the WiFi but the owner was always available by phone to help us.
We had some lovely walks just on the doorstep, to Old Harry’s Rocks, Studland Bay and Durlston Castle and country park. Only a little rain but some beautiful fresh winter days watching sunset from the hills. The nearby steam railway would be a lovely place to visit in the spring/summer. There’s also a couple of children’s parks but mine are grown up children!

Really good with 4 good bedrooms, all with bath or shower. Kitchen has everything you need and more. Location is perfect, as we could walk to everything didn't use the car all week.

Fantastic location and ideal bedroom/bathroom ratio for large family
We had a fantastic time at Buddies and will be looking to book again. As a group of three generations, the 4 bathrooms and downstairs toilet saved any queueing. The garden has a great BBQ and is big enough for a large group to eat and sit out there. Added bonuses were washing line, large freezer so we could buy in ice lollies, big kitchen table and the well equipped kitchen. Jason was incredibly helpful.
