St. Saviours reach is a first floor apartment on one floor. The stained glass door leads up a staircase and off the landing is a large kitchen/diner which is well equipped with microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and table and chairs. The spacious and sunny lounge looks out towards the Boat Float with two large sofas (one is a sofa bed) HD TV with DVD and WiFi connection and a wood burning stove. The large bedroom has a super king sized bed with a single bed and a pull out truckle bed under. The bathroom has a large walk in shower, wc. and vanity wash hand basin. All bed linen and towels are included.

St. Saviour's Reach apartments are in a central location with views across the Boat Float to Avenue Gardens and the Dart Estuary. The individual shops and excellent restaurants are on the doorstep. A 10 min walk takes you the Castle at the mouth of the estuary with local beaches 'Castle Cove' and 'Sugary Cove. Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands are a 15 min car ride away. You can explore the Dart Estuary on the regular Dart Cruises to Totnes or take the ferry to Kingswear or Dittisham. Or by foot on the many stunning walks that Dartmouth has to offer. The two self contained apartments offer spacious sunny accommodation with huge windows overlooking historic Fairfax Place with views across the Boat Float to Avenue Gardens and the Dart Estuary. The lower 1st floor apartment sleeps 4 and the 2nd floor upper apartment is on 2 floors and sleeps 9. They can interconnect to make a huge space to accommodate up to 13 with wood burning stoves for the winter months, HD TV & DVD and WiFi.

We live in Worcestershire and discovered Dartmouth 15 years ago. Our two daughters have grown up there spending long summer holidays enjoying all that Dartmouth has to offer. We love boating on the River Dart and out to the coastal coves and beaches for picnics, live music in the pubs, great places to eat and glorious walks with our cocker spaniel 'Bobby'. Dartmouth is called 'A town for all seasons' and we just love it all year round and get there as often as we can.

Why Jane Jackson chose Dartmouth
As a family we had been visiting the South Hams area for a few years and really fell in love with Dartmouth which we felt had an all year round appeal. When we purchased St. Saviours Reach apartments which is right in the heart of Dartmouth, our children were young and loved the freedom and safety of this lovely town and being so near to the water. The property is one of Dartmouths historical listed buildings which we completely renovated when we purchased in 2000 into two very spacious and comfortable apartments. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and The beautiful Dart Estuary right on the doorstep. The Dart cruisers take you to Totnes or the small ferry boat to Dittisham for great crabbing, The Anchorstone cafe and Ferry Boat Inn for great food and drink.

St. Saviours Reach Apartments are in the heart of Dartmouth with views of the estuary and on the level. They are two self contained apartments but can interconnect to create accommodation for 13. Both apartments have a car parking pass.
Fabulous location and great self contained apartment
We have just had a fabulous week in Devon, staying in Dartmouth in this superb apartment. Situated in the heart of the town above a shoe shop. We are so pleased we found this place. A fantastic self contained apartment which had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The rooms were tastefully decorated and felt like a home from home. The kitchen was well equipped and on a few occasions after having a long day out we stayed in and cooked. We found the bed so comfortable and our 6 year old daughter wanted to take her bed home she loved it so much. Towels were also provided which was great as we had forgotten ours. You can pull up outside the property to unload your luggage etc and then you can park in the car park which is only a few minutes walk away from the apartment. They provide you with a permit to place in the car so you can park for free. I would highly recommended this property to enjoy and explore parts of Devon.

Highly Recommended - the place to go
My wife and I stayed in this apartment for the week starting 15th Sept 2018. It is a spacious, comfortable and well appointed apartment, very central with views to side and front. Bathroom and kitchen appear to have been updated recently. We didn't need to use any heating but each room seems well equipped with a simple on/off control. Any apartment looking out onto a shopping street will suffer from a little noise but we didn't notice much. On the plus side it is opposite the Cornish Pasty shop so you can take advantage of 'end of day' offers. Also check out the local fish and chip £3 offer on the 3rd Friday. Both excellent quality and value. Sunday roast at the Cherub pub also to be recommended.
Website was easy to use and the owner kindly followed up to make sure we had the correct details. A keysafe means arrival time can be flexible. Car parking is no problem. Space to unload and a permit to park for free just a few minutes away.
Dartmouth is a lovely town, lots to do and see, and many boat trips available both up the river and out to sea. You need to book well in advance if you wish to visit the Naval College (we were too late).
Highly recommend both Dartmouth and this apartment.
Lovely apartment in great location
The apartment was lovely - spacious, warm, beautifully fitted out, with everything we needed. Great location in central Dartmouth, with shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Would definitely recommend!
Wonderful location and a really comfortable flat.
This is a really lovely flat in an astonishingly central location. It over looks the boat Quay which give you a lovely view, the bed a very comfortable and the kitchen is immaculate. The only issue we had was the WiFi was out during the visit but I'm sure that's fixed now. I'd heartily recommend this flat.

Smart, comfortable and convenient
The apartment had everything one might need and was very comfortable especially the lovely, large bed.
(Minor niggle was the key safe. Also the guttering above the courtyard overflowed in rain.)

Excellent location right in the heart of Dartmouth. The apartment is spacious and modernised with everything required for a lovely holiday!
Stunning blue flag beach 'Blackpool Sands' is a 15 min car ride away with an excellent cafe/restaurant. Further on is Slapton sands, a 3 mile stretch of pebble beach, with a pub and restaurant offering excellent food. Dartmouth has 2 small coves close to the Castle at the mouth of the Estuary called 'Castle Cove and Sugary Cove.
The nearest railway station is Totnes which is approx 12 miles from Dartmouth. Buses run hourly from Dartmouth to Totnes. Exeter is the nearest airport. A car is not essential as all modes of transport are on the doorstep unless you want to explore the beautiful surrounding areas in the South Hams.
The Ferry to Kingswear is 1 min away where the Paignton Steam Railway is. There are ferry's to Dittisham, 'Greenways' the home of Agatha Christie and many other trips by the Dart Cruisers.
M & S simply food is next to the main car park, the co-op is in Fairfax Place and Sainsburys is located at the top of town by the park and ride. The individual shops, restaurants, tourist information centre, museum and cinema are all in town on the doorstep of St. Saviours Reach.
