About Jill Harwood
Hoppins Farm is our home in beautiful East Devon. My husband Dan and I live here with our 2 horse mad daughters and dog Lupi. Dan and I have travelled widely and lived in Asia for a number of years. On our return from Asia, with 2 small girls, we decided to quit the South East and relocated to Devon - a decision we have never had cause to regret.

Good quality accommodation
Converted piggery is lovely. Very clean. The large garden is perfect for the dogs. Location is ideal with so many walks near-by and good pubs. Wish we had stayed longer.
I had a very relaxing short break in this super cottage in the heart of the Devon countryside. Great facilities with everything that is needed for a perfect holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for host, Jill. It was also lovely to go to such a dog friendly place and be greeted by the most welcoming Parsons Terrier, Lupi.
Thanks Cathy. It was a pleasure to meet you all... I hope to see you again. All the very best Jill
Wonderful rural retreat - simply perfect!
We spent the most wonderful bank holiday weekend at The Piggery, which is about as close to perfect as you can get. Beautifully located in the most glorious East Devon countryside, superbly equipped, we have fallen in love and can't wait for our next visit! This is such a relaxing and comfortable hideaway, with activities nearby to cater for all tastes. Truly an absolute gem. Thank you so much to our lovely hosts, Jill and Dan - we will be back!
Silent nights, bunnies and plenty of fresh air
Welcomed once more by Jill and friendly dog Lupi. I stayed last May with my little spaniel and was thrilled that the Piggery was available for us in the last week of the Easter hols. The underfloor heating made it a snug return after our days out walking. Comfy in the cooler weather but also has an enclosed sunny deck which we enjoyed last May watching the bunnies.
The Piggery is a couple of miles from the smallish main road and there is good access to quiet places for walkies as well as more popular tourist destinations.
Will certainly book for next Spring.
Lovely Property . Great location
Superb . Peaceful location
Jill and family were so lovely and helpful . Loved Lupi as did our dog Bobby .
Very clean and modern interior and the patio area was perfect as it was enclosed . Would definitely go back
Beautiful accommodation and they seem to have thought of everything you could possibly need. We booked this accommodation because it was close to Westpoint Arena and we were attending a 3 day even there for the weekend.
Very pleasant hosts (including the dog!).
Our stay was too short so looking forward to booking again soon to do a bit of exploring.
