Luminous apartment of 60 square meters, is composed of a spacious living room, small fully equipped kitchen, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower.
Facilities: washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, air conditioning, wifi internet, LCD wall, iron, cot on request, linen and towels.
XVI century building, located in the historic center, 200 meters from Piazza San Marco, recently renovated with large steps in Istrian stone.
The two apartments are on the second floor, the smaller one, 60-meter, very bright, with views of Campiello San Zulian and Calle Larga San Marco; the other one, larger, 80 square meters, with two balconies on the Merceria, the main street of Venice.
From here, you can go on foot throughout the city, discovering the most hidden areas, the streets and squares less known and at the same time enjoying the pleasure of being close to the basin of San Marco in an authentic Venetian residence.
I was born in Venice in 1972, I've a degree in pharmacy and two kids. After working for 12 years in pharmacy, I started this business of management of the family property, as it is a dynamic work and gives you the opportunity to meet people from all over the world.
This property was the doctor's office of my father, who is retired, so we split it in two apartments. Due to their central location, they are suitable for guests and are a good opportunity to know what means to live in a Venetian residence.
These apartments located in the same building, are very central:the church and the adjacent Campiello San Zulian, St. Mark's square is 1 minute walk, a nice long walk through Riva degli Schiavoni will take you to Giardini, where the Biennale takes place. In just 5 minutes you can reach Rialto and its large and folk market. So there's all at your fingertips!
Serena's apartment is fantastic in so many ways. It is in a great location, has all you need, including very comfortable bed, laundry and kitchen facilities. It is very secure and Serena is extremely welcoming and helpful. We loved it and would stay again and recommend it to our family and friends.
This is a perfect spot if you're visiting Venice for the first time
Great apartment in the centre of Venice, close to lovely shops and restaurants. A good sized supermarket nearby if you feel like preparing breakfast or a meal.
Serena was very responsive to email queries and met me at the ferry stop from the airport. Highly recommended.
We spent six nights in the Grecale appartment , and found it absolutely delightful. Very well located, in a relatively quiet very central location.
Beautifully appointed and furnished place, was a delight and we looked forward to coming back in the late afternoon after our many visits around Venice.
Furnishings are of a very high standard, beds very comfortable, bathroom spacious with great shower.
We highly recommend this lovely flat in central Venice, and will not hesitate to return and also to recommend it to friends.
Serena, the owner is very pleasant and committed to her guests comfort and satisfaction.. She also ensures housekeeping of a very high standard.
we found the apartment very comfortable and very well-kept and highly recommendable for anyone wishing to spend a few days in Venice and at the same time enjoy the atmosphere of an own home. The location halfway between the Rialto bridge and San Marco square could not be more central. We may come back.
The apartments are located in the heart of the city, Merceria, the street that connects Piazza San Marco to Rialto.
This area is full of attractions, close to the church of San Zaccaria, the Church of the Pieta', the Palazzo Ducale, Correr Museum, the Galleria Querini Stampalia, Bienniale exhibition of contemporary art.
From Piazza San Marco, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lagoon, making a pleasant walk along the Riva degli Schiavoni. The location is also near to the best known brands and well lined with restaurants and cafes. At Rialto you will find a beautiful and folkloric market of fresh fish, fruit and vegetables and you will find the oldest church in Venice: San Giacometo.
