All the comfort you will need during your holiday or business trip to Malta. All 7 apartments range from 35 to 55 sq/m, each consisting of a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom (walk-in Shower no bath) and a comfortable sofa that opens into a bed, 40 inch LED TV, microwave, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), kettle & toaster. (Please note that a hob/cooker is not available). All apartments enjoy large windows and natural light.

D Townhouse is located in one of the best parts of Sliema, just a ferry away from Valletta, 300m from 4 bus stops. Free High speed Wifi, Free Cable TV on 40" LED, Free A/C and much more.

Why Lisa Cassar chose Island of Malta

Location is all you need to consider when purchasing a property! We have always lived in Malta and we know the island pretty well. The apartment is built in a exclusive development and it's finished to high standards. Sliema/ Tigne itself is fantastic location to be staying at since it is within walking distance to restaurants, shops and its easily accessible by public transport.

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment in Tigne Point. The apartment is beautifully decorated with the most modern and up to date homeware and has everything you need for your stay from pots and pans to beach towels, air conditioning and wifi connection. The location was excellent for us as we had no need to hire a car and we were within walking distance of restaurants, pubs, shopping centre and supermarket.

We made use of the swimming pool everyday with a small charge of 2.50 euro per person (for sunbed and umbrella - only if required) The poolside was stunning as it overlooks the sea with views of the capital city Valetta.

The owner Lisa was very helpful throughout our stay in making sure that everything was ok with the apartment and also in giving us extra information about the area and where we should visit on day trips etc. We are all hoping to return to Tigne Point again and would highly recommend the apartment for accommodation in Malta!

A beautiful spacious apartment, with all modern conveniences. Spacious, light and comfortable. Ideally situated close to supermarket and shopping Mall. Near to the sea, local shops, ferries and buses. Nice and clean. A very peaceful location.

Can't praise the owners enough. They went out of their way to help with transfers, and made sure we had water and other supplies when we arrived late at night. Thank you for making us so welcome.

Travel:

The Malta International Airport (MIA) is about 20 minutes drive away. There is no need to hire a car because the apartment is in a very central location for shopping, entertainment, swimming, sport activities, etc. The promenade and the beach provide the best form of relaxation and short or long walks at any time of day. Bus service is also available providing easy access to Valletta, Rabat, Gozo and other towns & villages. You may also take the ferry (4 minutes walk from apartment) to Valletta.

Distances:

In the vicinity of Valletta, St. Julians, Paceville, Portomaso, Yacht Marinas, Casinos and other major entertainment venues on the island.

Further Details:

Supermarket is very close to apartment (100 meters). Coffee shops, bars and pubs located within walking distance.

Refundable damage deposit $318
Bed Tax $ 1 per person per night

Booking Notes:
You may enquire either by telephone or email. 30% of the total due is to be paid as a deposit upon booking. The balance is to be settled upon arrival. A €50 cleaning charge and €350 breakage deposit (security payment) is also to be paid upon arrival. The security payment will be refunded following property inspection at check-out. Weekly prices are based on 6 nights/ 7 days. For short stays of less than a week full advance payment might be requested.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible as are arrival & departure times which have to be mutually agreed upon.

Notes on prices:
The apartment accommodates 6 guests.

Special discounts may apply for 2-4 guests during shoulder months.

Contact owner to request prices for shorter / longer stays / fewer guests. Early bookings discount may apply.

Listed prices are inclusive of water and electricity, air-conditioning and all bed linen/towels.
