This charming town house is located on a pedestrianised street, within the medieval walls of old Antibes.

On the ground and first floor, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

- One bedroom with twin beds and en-suite shower room.

- The other with a double bed and a separate bathroom, with bath.

On the third floor, is the kitchen/living area which is open plan with sofa bed, chairs and coffee table. It also has a dining table and chairs. There is a modern fitted kitchen area with large fridge freezer, oven/microwave and hob. Wooden stairs lead to the fourth floor sun-room and pretty terrace. The perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine or meal with views over the roof-tops of old Antibes. There is a table, chairs, parasol and a small barbecue.

Our home has been sympathetically decorated using Provençal fabrics and French fruit wood furniture.

Within strolling distance of this picturesque street are local sandy beaches, the Marché Provençal- a daily bustling food market. The fortified Port Vauban- where luxury yachts and traditional fishing boats jostle for position. The house is perfectly located, close to the abundance of interesting shops, cafés and great restaurants.

Our house is 20 mins by taxi from Nice airport (or a convenient express bus ride). Antibes rail station is 12 mins walk and gives access to the costal rail links, where you can travel to St Tropez, Nice Cannes, Monaco or even across the Itallian boarder for lunch. You can also visit the Medieval hill villages of Grasse - home of international perfume house and museum. St Paul de Vence-a fortified hill top village with the Matisse chapel. Biot - famous for its hand-blown glass.

I live in the UK, but love to spend my holiday time in Antibes, which I have done for the last 30 years.

There is so much happening all year round, as it does not close down in the winter.

My children and grandchildren always enjoy going there, as it is a special place that can be enjoyed by all ages.

Outside: Terrace approx 15m square equiped with all that is needed for outdoor eating. Utility cupboard: Iron/ironing board. Cleaning materials Hair driers provided. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bedlinen and towels priced /person.,including sheets,duvets and covers,pillows/cases. House cleaned in between each let and linen/towels provided.

What a beautiful place! It was so convenient for everything we needed and such a pretty location. We immediately felt immersed in the provencal life. Tastefully decorated, with every thing you needed for a great stay. We ate out every night, as the cafes and restaurants we visited were good value and just a walk away. We enjoyed walking round the harbour after meals and stopping off for a little aperitif, before turning in. We recommend Le Brulot restaurant, so friendly and welcoming. The pictures do not do this house justice! We would highly reccommend; a little jem!

All water sports catered for from the nearby beach and sailing /motor boats available to rent from the large harbour 10 mins walk from the house.


5 min walking to beaches,mostly free although there is 1 private with good bar/food.

10 min walking to marina /harbour where there are some of the largest boats in the Med.

5 min walk to bus station where there are buses to all local villages and beaches

Trains to nearby Cannes,Nice and Monte Carlo.


Nice international airport is 1/2 hr by car/taxi.There are regular express buses from/to airport.( no. 250)

Car hire is at Nice airport /and in town.

Main line trains to/from Antibes station and TGV .Nice and Cannes easily accessible.

If driving from UK it is approximately 11 hours on Autoroutes from Calais.


Nice International airport is 15km with bus/taxi or car hire available.

Antibes main line rail station 3km

Autoroute A8 giving routes to Aix en Provence,Cannes ,Monaco and Italy 7 km

Rue Haut Castellet is a 5 min walk on mainly pedestrianised streets to daily Provencal market with fresh veg,fruit,fish and meat with boulangeries nearby.

Carrefour/and smaller supermarkets in walking distance.

Large variety restaurants and cafes at all prices.

Picasso museum 5 min walk and other artists represented in nearby villages( Matisse,Leger,Chagall etc)/Many art galleries nearby. Antique markets are held on Thursdays and Saturdays. These are 5 min walk from the house.

Water sports are well catered for at the nearby beaches with sailing boats for hire.

Ski resorts of Auron,Isola and Valberg are just over 1 hour away.

The pleasures of Cannes and Monte Carlo are easy distances away by car or train.
