A beautiful detached 3 bedroom holiday home set within a purpose-built holiday complex, within easy walking distance of the charming village of Baltimore, offering all the comforts of home with open plan living, solid fuel stove, all modern appliances and beautiful views. The complex includes open garden areas, tennis courts, football pitch, small pitch and putt area & access to the shoreline. Baltimore village, with it’s award winning pubs & restaurants is the point of departure for ferries to the islands of Sherkin & Cape Clear & the pier is a hive of activity in both summer & winter. There is something for everyone including golf, sailing, walking, angling, diving, music sessions and whale and dolphin watching which combine to make it an ideal location for both a family break or romantic getaway. Baltimore is host to many festivals including The Fiddle Fair, Wooden Boat Festival, Baltimore Regatta and Seafood Festival to name but a few. Be as active or relaxed as you like and just enjoy.

Thank you for a great week. Obviously the weather helped a bit but the house was great. Really well kitted out and the kids in particular loved the big room with all of the toys and books. On the first day our 4 year old had to be dragged away from it. Many thanks.

We all had a fabulous time in Baltimore, the weather was pretty good to. We very much enjoyed staying at your house and found it well equipped and very peaceful and the kids were delighted to find some toys and books in their bedroom. The beautiful beaches of Sandycove, The Warren, & Tragumna are all a short drive away. Visit the beautiful, sandy beaches of Sherkin Island just a short ferry ride from the pier in Baltimore. Lough Hyne Marine Reserve and Woods are also close by.


Airports: Cork Airport, 95 kilometres (60 miles). Shannon Airport, 200 kilometres (120 miles). Dublin Airport, 350 kilometres (210 miles). Sea travel: Ferry services linking Ireland to Britain and Europe. All services are for both cars and foot passengers. Cork Ferry Port, 100 kilometres (60 miles). Rosslare Ferry Port, 290 kilometres (170 miles). Dublin Ferry Port, 350 kilometres (210 miles).

Holidaymakers have the opportunity to use the Baltimore Community Leisure Centre on a pay as you go basis. The Leisure Centre is within walking distance of the house and has a 16.5 metre swimming pool with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.

PLEASE NOTE: 2 other holiday cottages in the complex may also be available if groups or families wish to holiday together - please enquire and I can check availability for you.

Changeover Day:
Check-in time on day of arrival is from 4pm onwards & on day of departure, house must be vacated by 10am unless by prior arrangement. We are much more flexible about departure and arrival times outside of peak dates. Please feel free to enquire.

Booking Notes:
A non refundable deposit of Stg £200 per booking will secure your reservation, with the balance due for payment 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Prices are quoted in UK British £'s and may be subject to change at advertiser's discretion due to changes in rate of exchange. Credit card not accepted. Payment by cheque or bank transfer only.

Outside: This house is set on a shared area of 28 acres with extensive sea frontage. Front patio with beautiful view. Patio furniture provided for your use. Plenty of parking spaces. The complex consists of two tennis courts, football pitch, small wooded area for walks and access to sea frontage. Flat open plan garden area in front of patio which is safe and ideally suited for children to play. There are 35 detached houses in the complex, all privately owned and used as holiday homes throughout the year. Cleaning and Linen: Fresh bed linen provided, however we ask you to bring your own towels.
