This is a 3 bedroom house which can be sub - divided in to 2 individual units. Unit 1 comprises of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen-living and dining area, enclosed garden with direct access to pools. Unit 2 comprises of 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen-living and dining area with large terrace, accessible from bedroom (private roof terrace). Shops, restaurants, beach, marina are all 2-5 minutes walk from complex. A road train circulates the 7 local beaches, no car required. This property has been furnished to the highest standard with the emphasis on creating that special home from home experience (all rooms are air-conditioned). Local attractions; Cala mondrago beach and national park, Val d'or golf club is only a few miles away. (stunning location). Boat trips can be taken from the marina and beaches, water-park in Palma. Our aim is to have an apartment that is a relaxing accommodation in a beautiful secure, gated location that is both safe and family orientated.

We fell in love with the area for many reasons. The Marina, the small calas, the friendly pedestrianized square where you can people watch, the beautiful restaurants, the list goes on.Come and see for yourselves.

Changeover Day:

Notes on accommodation: This is the ideal apartment for couples, or larger families with flexible accommodation offering private space yet having an integral link with both apartments.(Ideal place to hide the grandparents, ie baby sitters). The proximity to the walled divided area and shallow end of the pool is visible from the garden allowing you to relax while the kids are playing. This apartment has been fitted to the highest standard. This apartment has been furnished to a standard that we would hope excels the normal apartment and more. We use this property ourselves, it allows that feeling of being totally relaxed in a beautiful location. Outside: The outside of the property affords the luxury of a walled private garden with outside terrace with direct access to 3 pools, 2 circular large 9 metre pools, plus an elevated bubble pool which feeds the waterfall features. The nearest pool to the house is divided to allow for children yet allowing you that freedom to have a relaxing swim. Loungers available in garden and pool-side. (Table tennis available.) The pool is surrounded with palm trees and other plants and is idyllic for relaxing at. Two parking spaces are provided at the complex with remote control access.

Clean, private, perfect for relaxing.

Just returned from our second stay at this home from home. We travel with just hand luggage so great to have washing machine for a quick wash during the holiday. Beds really comfy and double is a big double so plenty of room. Everything you need to cook is in the kitchen with milk, butter, bread & water supplied on arrival - which was lovely. Walled garden with plenty of room for four sunbeds means no fighting for a bed and only 10 metres from poolside. Cala Egos shops and restaurants are 2 mins walk away and Cala D'Or Marina is 10 mins walk where you can walk around the marina to Cala D'or (or a 5 euro taxi ride for four). Lovely area as a base or do as we do and just chill by relaxing in the garden / pool and eating far to much every day in the local restaurants.

Jarvis is always on hand for questions before and during holiday. So glad I found this gem of a property and would have no hesitation in recommending it.

Brilliant Family Holiday!

This is a fantastic apartment! We have stayed twice now in Casa Helena and have thoroughly enjoyed it. We stayed in the garden apartment which is just perfect for us, having two boys aged 11 and 8. They loved the pools, table tennis and playing with the other kids in the complex. The apartment itself is spotless and has lovely furnishings, everything you need for an easy, relaxed holiday with kids. The owner Jarvis is so helpful and friendly, answering any emails or queries promptly. I would have no hesitation recommending Casa Helena to my friends and family. We have had two family holidays here now and will definitely be returning in the future.

Perfect family break

We have just returned from our second visit to Casa Helena and have booked again for next year.

The apartment itself is clean and well equipped and is within a gated complex of around 20 properties. The kids loved the pool area and played happily all afternoon with friends they made leaving myself and my husband free to enjoy the peace and soak up the sun !

Cala Egos has several good restaurants and a well stocked supermarket. The marina at Cala D'or is a 10 minute walk away , you can amble round looking at the boats into the town itself.

Jarvis the owner is very easy to work with and always replied promptly to any queries.

I would recommend Casa Helena to anyone wanting a holiday in Majorca.

From our first enquiry to our stay the owner Jarvis provided an excellent service with prompt and informative advice.

The cassa Helena was very clean with very good facilities within the cassa with everything you need. There were other families staying in the other villas but this only made the stay better as they were very friendly and gave a neighbourhood atmosphere but still quiet at night time.

The outside gardens and pool area are excellent and very well kept.

The grounds are also secure with private parking all inside electronic gates. The photos do not do it justice.

The shops restaurants and beach are all within a two minute walk and cater for all ages.

The area of Cala Egos and Cala D Or is very picturesque and friendly I will go back as one week was not enough time to explore this excellent location.

marina Cala d'Or
"Beautiful relaxing marina with great restaurants."

Special interest holidays:

Ideal location for passionate walkers, swimmers and cycling.


The main beaches close to the property are only a 5 minute walk away.

The Marina of Cala d'Or is a 10 minute walk from the house.(Stunning location). Cala Mondrago beach can be reached by car. 5-10 minute drive.The local road train passes by, enjoyable fun ride. If you are a keen walker you can visit the many smaller calas or beaches close by.


Palma Airport is 35 - 40 minutes away, taxis stands at airport. Car hire is available at the airport and can be booked online for a cheaper rate.

Car, motor-bike or bicycle hire is available at resort if you fancy some extra site seeing.


The main town of Cala d'Or is only 1.5km away, or a romantic walk of 20 minutes through the luxurious Marina. Local beaches are within walking distance as our the shops, restaurants. Local markets and the island can be easily explored from here.

Further Details:

Nearest beach, 5 minute walk. The Marina, the most stunning location in Cala d Or with loads of fabulous restaurants, luxurious yachts that one can dream about or as I say the local pond is only a 10 minute walk. Shops, bars and restaurants are only 3 minutes from Marina d Or 111 , children's activities like Trampolining, Go-Karts and amusements are all 3 - 5 minutes away. Palma for serious shoppers is a 40 - 45 minute drive. The monastery alone is worth going to see.

Other areas worth visiting include; Caves of drach, Porto- Cristo, Porto Petro, and Santanyi markets.
