Notes on accommodation: The bedrooms are all spacious with plenty of room. The living area is very large and designed tastefully to a high specification. We have a strictly no smoking policy within the accommodation, however there is plenty of outside space for those who wish to smoke. Outside: To the rear of the house there is a large private terrace with alfresco dining for 6. To the front of the house there is a lovely spacious terrace where you can chill out on the sofas and just relax with a nice glass of cold wine perhaps! Utility Room: Utility room with iron, ironing board, washing machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels) If staying for more than 1 week we provide a linen and towel change. Other: At the top of the house there is a second lounge with patio doors leading to the terrace with has 2 sun beds with parasol.

Great stay in October

We had a very enjoyable stay in October 17. There were 4 adults and 2 children under three.

The townhouse was spotlessly clean and well equipped, with seating at the front and rear which lets you choose to be in the sun or not. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage, there was plenty of hot water and the washing machine came in very handy.

The pool is unheated but was a pleasant temperature once you're in. The Dialprix supermarket is 2 minutes down the hill, lots a of restaurants round about and 10 minutes to the beach.

Jeff and Sonya were very helpful and accommodating on arrival and departure. The welcome pack was bigger than normal.

The place was very nice and would consider coming back.

One thing l did notice, and so did all the family, there was no external lights on both patios, front and back, which was a little bit awkward, to have drink at night, and l don't know if this is your remit, but there was a Spanish family staying or living there, and they had a dog with them that they allowed to swim in the swimming pool, my granddaughter was ill for a few days after that, but can't say if that was the problem? If that helps.l hope so, kind regards Richard

Owner's Response: Hi Richard, Thank you very much for taking time to comment on your stay here in Tenerife. I will have the electrician check out the outdoor lights as they are on a timer/sensor and should automatically come on when the daylight starts to fade. With regards to a dog being in the pool this is completely against the rules of the complex and is totally irresponsible of the dogs owner as there is no way the dog could have entered the pool area without someone letting it in. We will take this matter up with the community and find out which owner has allowed a pet in the pool. I hope your granddaughter is ok now and her illness dint spoil her holiday. Excellent Location for a holiday

Spacious well prepared accomodation

After an initial difficulty finding it the apartment was exactly as advertised. Very spacious, well outfitted and with a generous welcome pack of wine, beer, soft drinks and snacks. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms fine. Location was just a little outside the main areas but only 5 or 6 minutes walk from good amenities and maybe 15 minutes from the front. If you come on holiday to watch TV in the apartment the advertised Sky channels were sort of there (once you worked out how to access them) but reception was poor (maybe due to high winds ?) but really you should be out and about ! Overall though no major complaints at all and definitely recommended for anyone who wants spacious and quiet accomodation for up to 6.

Great apartment & location

Stayed here for a week with my family (4 adults & 1 child) - plenty of space & could easily have had 6 as there was plenty of room. Booking was simple & hassle free - owners couldn't have been more helpful. Apartment was spotless & in a great location - 5 mins walk to nearest shops bars & restaurants & only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely stay here again.

What makes this villa unique

This area is close to supermarkets and also El Mirador where there is number of entertainment bars and restaurants. The local bus stop taking you to Las Americas or Santa Cruz is just outside the front door.

Only 10 minutes walk will take you down to the beach in Los Cristianos where you can watch the boats coming and going in the Harbour. You can walk for miles along the seafront.


Nearest Airport is Reina Sofia which is 15km from Los Cristianos. Nearest Motorway is 0.5km. Nearest Ferry is in Los Cristianos 0.5km. Nearest Beach is Los Cristianos 0.5km.

Car is not essential as there is an abundance of Taxis and regular public transport. However if you do wish to explore the island then a car will give you plenty of flexibility or there are loads of excursions that you can avail of.


You are only a 10min walk from the harbour of Los Cristianos where you can lay on the beach and soak up the rays, browse the shops or just stroll along the promenade at your leisure stopping for a refreshing glass of whatever takes your fancy whenever the fancy takes hold!

Siam Park which is a must for all the family is only a 10 minute bus ride which is arranged whenever you book your entrance tickets and the pickup point is only a few hundred meters from the accommodation. Dont Miss This!!!

Further Details:

There is a large Spar supermarket on the other side of the road where fresh produce is available daily. This is open every day including weekends and holiday till 21.00. Also within a 5 minute walk you will find Lounge Bars where you can chill or watch all types of sports on large screens. If you like Fusion Asian food there is a new restaurant call Overseas which is highly recommended. A selection of Italian, Spanish, Indian and even Monogolian restaurants are within easy walking distance. Should you wish to be active then up the road there is squash courts and fully equiped gym.

Booking Notes:
Rates are for 4 people there is a charge for each additional person maximum of 6.

At time of reservation we require a 25% deposit to secure the booking. The balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of 200 pounds is required and will be returned within 7 days after departure with deductions for any damages. We ask that you leave the accommodation in a tidy and clean standard. If not we will charge £50 from your security deposit for us to hire extra help with the clean.

Changeover Day:
Flexible changeover day. Entrance time on day of arrival will be 3pm. Departure time 10am. We can be flexible with these times if we do not have another client arriving on these days.
