Holiday Home in Perranporth, Cornwall, England - A Short Walk To The Beach And Town

Diggory's is a contemporary, four bed bungalow located close to the beach in Perranporth, Cornwall. It consists of a large, modern open-plan kitchen, diner room opening out onto a large balcony overlooking the garden. In addition it has a TV lounge, four bedrooms with 2 bathrooms complete with a separate walk-in showers. The drive has space for 4 cars. On the large balcony there is a hot tub and amazing views of the dunes and golf club. The large garden is an absolute sun-trap and has a barbecue. Under the balcony, there is a pool table and surf boards to borrow. A short walk takes you to the town centre and the beach. Up to two well behaved dogs welcome.

We live here as a family most of the year - it's a lovely spot in Cornwall. Perranporth is brilliant for everything we enjoy doing - surfing, swimming, walking and exploring the beaches. I'm sure you'll love it as much as we do! Please contact us if you have any questions.

Why Karen Pardoe chose Perranporth

One of the main reasons for living here is the 3 mile long beach - there is always lots of space for beach games! As it is located on the north coast, it benefits from the rolling surf and is a great spot for a laid-back vibe.

Also, we love the walking around Perranporth and surrounding areas - it is very beautiful looking over the rolling hills and you can quickly escape the summer crowds.

Perranporth is central in Cornwall which makes it very accessible to the A30 as well as Newquay and Truro - great for shopping.

All in all, a rather fantastic place to have a holiday in!

What makes this bungalow unique

It is very close to the town and beach so there is no need to go into town with the car.

It has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area so no one is ever left out of the conversation when cooking!

Notes on accommodation: Non smoking. Changeover day is Friday – arrival time from 4pm, departure time by 10am. All bedding including duvets, pillows and bedlinen supplied. Towels and tea towels are not supplied. Mobile electric oil-filled heaters available. Two, well behaved dog welcome Outside: The large garden is built over two tiers, with a barbecue area. It is a perfect sun-trap in the afternoons as it is very sheltered from the wind. Utility Room: The washing machine is easily accessed from outside, located underneath the bungalow in one of the cellars. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bedding including duvets, pillows and bed lined supplied. Other: A new drive has recently been installed which can fit 2 cars - the old drive can accommodate a further 2 cars.

The house is lovely,well equipped, clean and spacious, the garden and balcony were fabulous, the pool table a winner with the children!!

Close to the centre of Perranporth with the shops, beach etc being a short walk away, no need for the car at all.

Would def be the first house we look at if we were to return to Perranporth

Our only negative is that it could have done with a second toilet.apart from that everything was perfect

We stayed at the property with our five children. Had a lovely time and great weather. Good layout with a nice balcony. Easy parking. Easy walking distance to the Coop supermarket down the road. Leave the car at the house and walk to the beach. Clean and well equipped. The only reason we would hesitate returning.....can the weather be as good again next time! We certainly recommend this property.

The location for this property is spot on, with very friendly owners, the property is just as descibed although the garden is totally under sold, it would be very hard to find a property with so much outdoor space would definatly return to this property for another holiday.
