Crunwere House is very spacious and on entering the front porch and into the main hall you view an original classic Georgian staircase leading to the first floor. There are 2 large reception rooms all with featured original fireplaces, high ceilings and large Georgian windows. The reading room, the rector’s consultation room also has its original coal fireplace. The breakfast room features exposed stone walls, range set into the inglenook fireplace. This room leads into a period conservatory and has views of the gardens to the west where you can experience some beautiful summer sunsets, whilst preparing your evening meal on the large barbecue. There is a well appointed contemporary kitchen with its original slate floor. Crunwere has 5 spacious double bedrooms one with additional sofa bed thus the house can easily accommodate 2 large families. Hot water and heating is adequately provided from the substantial boiler which benefits from a modern control system.

About Mrs Lucia Morgan
Lucia and Philip Morgan. We are the proud owners of Crunwere House. We have spent the last 12 years tastefully restoring it into a home which we enjoy spending quality time with our family. Last year we decided to let others enjoy our home and its tranquil surroundings having completed the restoration of the property and its grounds.
Mrs Lucia Morgan purchased this House in 1999
Why Mrs Lucia Morgan chose Amroth
We fell in love with this property 12 years ago, even though it had been neglected. It was a big challenge and we were very keen to restore Crunwere House to its former glory and keeping or restoring all its original features. Turning Crunwere House into a sustainable low carbon dwelling has been our main goal. Having carried out extensive restoration works to the property the fossil fuelled (oil) boiler was replaced with an efficient ground source heat pump. Using a smaller amount of electricity generated from a modest wind turbine that we have erected on adjacent farmland we now have continuous heating to Crunwere House which helps to preserve the fabric and fittings of this beautiful property.

Great house to bring families together.
Celebrated my 70th birthday and my sons from Cardiff and Aberystwyth joined us with their families. Six adults and five grandchildren had a great space to explore and enjoy. The weather was tropical so the outside space was great for ball games and socialising. The surrounding countryside and beaches are wonderful. The house is great and the kitchen is really well equipped.
Glad you have had a 70th Birthday to remember with your family. and that we were able to accommodate your whole party.
Beautiful spacious house. Great service. We had 6 adults and 6 children. The children loved the space. We visited in February and the house was lovely and warm at all times. Well recommended and we would love to return.
So glad the house was the space you required to enjoy your stay. We would be glad to welcome you back sometime soon.
Beautiful house in a beautiful part of the world
We had a great stay, the house is large but homely with period decoration throughout and probably the best appointed we have ever stayed in. It is located in a quiet rural setting and well positioned for getting around Pembrokeshire and neighbouring areas. Excellent value for money and we would definitely stay again.
Many thanks for your review. Philip and I get great pleasure in receiving your feedback and continually want to improve the house and your experience there. So pleased your party enjoyed themselves and I understand you were reliving your childhood in the area. Hope that brought back very good memories of Pembrokeshire.
Look forward to hearing from you in the not too distant future for another stay with us.

A lovely comfortable house for our party of 11. Well equipped. Ideal position for being near Tenby.
So pleased your large party enjoyed their stay at Crunwere House. As you mentioned it is in an ideal location for many of the local places to visit and attractions.
Hope to see you back sometime.

What a lovely home: spacious, comfortable and full of character
I rented Crunwere House so that the family could get together for the weekend. Everyone loved it there: the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the owner has furnished it like a real home with pictures and objects that have been carefully chosen. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable, plus there is lots of room for sitting together and also places to hideaway if you want to read quietly. I'm sure we'll try to find another excuse to return there before long.
Thank you for your review. Philip and I have put a tremendous amount of time getting the house to the standard it is at the moment. We continually try to improve year on year and are encouraged with the reviews we are receiving.
We look forward to welcoming you again in the future to enjoy those precious family get togethers'
