Tower House is a charming, converted Sunday School built in the 1800's which has been lovingly renovated. It offers spacious living and sleeping accommodation and is well suited to catering for large family groups to enjoy the stunning attractions of North Cornwall. Sited in a quaint Cornish street the house enjoys off road parking and a private, secure garden with picturesque stream (fenced off for safety). The house is full of period charm, such as slate flagstones and beams, and is equipped to a high standard. It is conveniently located a few minutes walk from the centre of historic Boscastle harbour and an abundance of cafes, restaurants, and amenities. Several beaches are a short drive. It is ideally based to explore close by areas of interest including Tintagel, Padstow and the Eden Project. Activities including golfing, horse-riding, surfing, sea-kayaking and sea fishing trips are all available close by plus stunning coastal path walks.

Tower House is a great place to share your holiday with family or friends under one roof. You can choose to leave the car during your stay and enjoy the local walks and amenities or just a short journey away visit the many attractions.

One comment we would make is that the photos don’t do it justice, although they look great it was even better, the lounge especially is huge compared to how it looks on the pics !

Notes on accommodation: The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors of which the 1st and 2nd floors are available for holiday rental. The ground floor is the owners self-contained flat with private access and garden separate to the main house which is occupied occasionally. No smoking. No pets. Outside: There are two decked veranda "sun-trap" areas with table & chairs which can be accessed from the kitchen. The garden is reached by stairs from the 1st floor kitchen and has been landscaped including a patio area, BBQ, bench and picnic table and chairs overlooking the stream (which is fenced off and accessed via a locked gate). Extendable washing line. Utility Room: Washing machine, cloak and boot room, ironing board, iron, clothes airer, highchair. Cleaning / Towels / Linen: Bed linen and tea towels are provided and changed weekly. Guests to provide towels and hand towels. The property is cleaned on departure.

Perfect for our family holiday

There were 8 of us staying in the house , 5 adults and 3 children and it was perfect for us. It was large ,clean and airy. Walking distance from the beautiful harbor , shops ,pubs and restaurants.But it is seriously hilly!

The house had everything we needed and the 3 bathrooms were an added bonus. Just would have liked more storage drawers for clothes in downstairs bedroom but overcame that by putting clothes on the large window sill.Would recommend this house to any one for a really great family holiday.

Fantastic house in a beautiful setting

We recently stayed at Tower House for a long weekend with friends. The house is brilliant and plenty of space for a large party. The house is well equipped providing a very comfortable stay. Contact with the owners prior to our stay was good with recommendations on places to eat, Boscastle farm shop is not to be missed!!

Boscastle and the surrounding area is stunning, we thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely lovely property situated in a perfect place, has everything that you need big spacious and the owners are absolutely wonderful cannot do enough for you! I recommend tower house to anybody this is our second stay here and we will continue to use this property in the future. Thankyou to the Gregsons!

Huge house for large family!

This house proved ideal for us as my mother in-law doesn't do stairs well these days and having a bedroom with en-suite on the ground floor proved to be indispensable. The kitchen/diner and lounge were truly huge as was our bedroom on the 1st floor. The other bedrooms were more than adequate in size and all the beds were reported as very comfy and everyone slept really well.

The kitchen was very well kitted out and the huge dining table was great for the whole family to sit around.

There is ample parking for 3 cars or even five if you don't mind blocking each other in and you have reasonably small vehicles.

As for the location well, this is nigh on perfect being a short stroll down the hill into the very centre of Boscastle and it's various amenities including a Spar and a very good bakery for lovely pasties!

All-in-all I would not hesitate to use the house again and it has my wholehearted recommendation.

Lastly, Christine was great to deal with and a lovely lady.

The house suited our needs very well, it was spacious and the layout worked well.

The children loved playing in the garden which was safe.

Just a few maintenance issues, with a leak in the downstairs shower room, various light bulbs needed replacing and no tea towels but otherwise everything was fine.

We loved Boscastle and the surrounding area.

We enjoyed meals in the local pubs the Cobweb and the Napolean which were both family friendly and the village bakery was good for bread and pasties!

2 well stocked grocery shops a few minutes walk. Boscastle has several cafes and gift shops by the harbour, and there are 3 pubs and a host of good restaurants open all year round, all in walking distance. The closest supermarkets are the Co-op in Camelford (10 mins drive) or Tesco's in Wadebridge (20 mins). There is a doctors surgery 1 mins walk. There is a cash point in Boscastle village and the major banks are located in Camelford and Wadebridge.

Loads to do come rain or shine - Tintagel Castle, St Nectars Glen waterfall, Boscastle witchcraft museum, enjoy stunning views and great food at Boscastle Farm Shop, adventure activities - zip wire, coaststeering or visit Camelford Vineyards.

Security deposit is refunded after departure. If any damages or additional cleaning incur, this amount will be deducted. See Booking Conditions.
After full payment is received arrival details are provided. Rental is only for the dates stated by the owner. Changeover day is Saturday, arrival from 3pm, departure by 10am, unless with written consent from the owners.
Cancellation Policy - Cancellation by guests, the security deposit will not be refunded. If cancelled after payment of the holiday, the owners will endeavour to rebook the week. If successfully rebooked, refund will be provided less time expenses incurred and allowances for late booking discounts. Cancellation by owners, security deposit and holiday rental payment in full will be refunded.

On booking, guests agree to no smoking, assuring the property is locked and windows closed when vacant and leaving the property in a suitable condition as outlined in Booking Conditions (sent at time of booking).
