Oak panelled doors, warm Mediterranean marble and our Expresso coffee machine and Denby crockery all add a continental flavour to the apartment. The open plan lounge has a very comfortable corner sofa. Flatscreen TV with full Sky movies/sports, DVD, and original Manx works of art. The light oak dining suite accommodates up to four people and a matching sideboard is home to books, games and local information. The bedroom has a king size Double bed with ample storeage, Roberts alarm/radio and TV. Safe private parking right outside and bus stop within a couple of mins walk.
As with all IOM registered Tourist accommodation The Owners are required to have liability insurance in place

David & Susan have been running holiday properties for 20 years. Aalin Thie has been designed with the benefit of all their experience to bring a first to the Isle of Man. The apartments are the first to be air conditioned with underfloor heating in the Isle of Man. An array of entertainment with sky world and wi fi. Great location and safe private parking. David has a private tax practice and Susan is a Nurse They have two Children James and Rebecca. They also have a holiday villa in Kyrenia Cyprus which they visit each year.

First class property located within walking distance from Douglas Harbour. Well presented accommodation, friendly and welcoming hosts, home made muffins where superb. Having toured Europe over the last 10 years good accommodation makes a holiday complete.

Property has everything you need and is modern and very homely. Lovely quiet location. Easy access by car to all of the island. Loved it.

Very well appointed apartment with just about everything you could need supplied and some additional luxuries like the espresso machine. Lovely views from the living room window and plenty of easy parking. Location on the edge of Douglas was great for getting out and about and we walked down into town for the museum and steam train. Very close to the TT circuit if you wanted to be close to the action. Just a 10 minute drive to the ferry too.
The property was clean, tidy and one of the best equipped properties I have stayed at.
