Apartment in Puerto Portals, Mallorca, Fabulous Location, 5 Minutes To The Beach

This lovely, modern apartment has 2 bedrooms, (1 king size and 1 twin room,) 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a large lounge/dining room. The balcony has a gate enabling guests access straight onto the pool and gardens. The apartment has recently been renovated with a new kitchen and bathroom. This ground floor apartment,(no need to use the lifts!) has proved popular with past guests, many re-book with us and families who prefer the safety of the ground floor. The complex has lifts and ramps for wheelchairs and buggies. The port is accessed via the pool gate where you will find a great choice of restaurants, bars and boutiques. Portals Nous village is a short walk away, here you will find a supermarket, more restaurants, chemist, hairdressers, banks etc. There are 2 beaches, the main sandy one within a 5 minute walk.

Hi my name is Gill, as an ex travel agent I booked many people to many places. One of my frequent bookers came in to book flights to Mallorca. She told me about Puerto Portals, she said I would love it... I remembered this when i found flights one day and booked accomodation on Owners Direct to these apartments, I booked a week, i loved it so much, as did my family we extended our flights and stayed another week. We couldn't wait to come back. It's so safe,port security is right outside the pool gate. In fact after coming here for a few years we made the decision to move here!!!! We stayed for approx 2 years and loved every minute, Puerto Portals is open through the winter, palma city is so close and the weather fantastic. Unfortunately now we are back in the u.k. & go over often.

We had such a good time, the apartment was perfect. We got to go to Western water park, Marineland, the beach and had lots of pool time. The Pirates show was fabulous, thanks for all the tips. We hope to book again for next year so I will be in touch.

June 2011. We had a wonderful time, husband loves boats, he was was fab, apartment was great, fantastic position, we will hopefully return soon.

July 2011. We had the most amazing time thank you! Your apartment is gorgeous and what a fab location.....I'm sure we will be in touch for a return visit at some point!!

Car: not necessary


The main sandy beach is 5 minutes walk away, this is a beautiful safe beach where you will find a snack bar and restaurants. This beach has toilet facilities. There are sun loungers and parasols for hire.


Palma airport is a 20 minute drive away, the must see capital Palma is 15 minutes drive from Puerto Portals, there are regular busses to Palma from the roundabout as you enter Puerto Portals, by Marineland. Car hire is not essential here as the bus service is cheap and reliable, but if you wish to see more of the beautiful island during your stay car hire is easily arranged.


Palma town is 15 minutes drive away. Palma Nova is 5 minutes drive away, or you can walk there on the walkway along the coast taking about half an hour.

The village of Portals Nous is a 10 minute walk away, where you will find a greater selection of shops, bars, restaurants, a supermarket, chemist etc.

The village of Portals Nous is a 10 minute walk away, where you will find a greater selection of shops, bars, restaurants, a supermarket, a chemist and banks etc. Between Puerto Portals and Palma Nova is the massive supermarket, Mercadonna, which is considerably cheaper than the local supermarkets. In the port there are many restaurants to cater for all tastes, from pizza and pasta, Chinese to Michelin starred Tristans restaurant!

Outside: The beautifully maintained gardens surround the large shared pool,which is cleaned daily during the summer months. There is plenty of space even during the peak season to relax, sunbathe or read a book under a palm tree. There is a children's section of the pool. Utility Room: There is an iron and ironing board, brush, mop, etc. Clothes maiden for drying clothes. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment will be cleaned for your arrival.Bedlinen and towels are provided . We operate a "meet & greet" service, you would be met at the apartment on your arrival & given the keys,when booking arrival times must be discussed. Other: The apartment has a balcony with outdoor rattan furniture, perfect to sit outside with a glass of wine! This apartment has 4 sun loungers for your use. arrived late at night so no meet and greet but that

said the instructions from the owner was first class as was the apartment I think its the best on the block. Very well equipped,spacious and modern. The marina was somewhat expensive but just go up on the top road and there are some loverly places to eat

close to all amenities and if we wanted to go farther afield there was a taxi rank opposite. The only downside we thought the restaurants rather expensive for the food they off offered.

Location perfect for access to marina, beaches and all that the resort has to offer. Best location on the complex. Apartment spacious, clean,well equipped and the owner and local agent a joy to deal with. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending apartment.

Great place for a young family

It was our first visit to this development. A great apartment in a great setting and grounds with ease of access straight into the Marina. Definitely want to book again next year!

Refundable damage deposit $131.89

Booking Notes:
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking, within 10 weeks of departure full payment is required. With the balance payment, we require £100 breakage deposit, which is refunded to you should there be no damages on your return.
If we have guests departing and arriving on the same day we need ample time for cleaning, should you arrive before the cleaning is complete arrangements can sometimes be made to store luggage, this must be arranged in advance at booking stage.

Changeover Day:
We are flexible on arrival/departure days. We can be flexible on arrival/departure times depending on prior bookings, but as a general rule guests should arrive after 3pm and checkout by midday.

Notes on prices:
Book early to avoid disappointment.
We don't post keys. You would be met at the apartment by the lady who manages it, shown around, any questions answered & given keys, she is also the emergency contact during your stay.
