A peaceful Villa apartment occupying the ground floor of a private villa, set in superb lawned gardens and private exclusive swimming pool. Adjacent to the 9th fairway and a mere 450 yards to Javea Golf Clubs driving range, club house with its excellent restaurant and tennis courts. There are superb views of the Montgo and surrounding mountains. Guests can relax by the pool or read in a shady spot in the garden. If you are not into golf or tennis then you can take a walk through the surrounding woods or vineyards and along the paths and lanes that stretch away behind the villa/apartment.

About Barbara and Tony

Barbara and Tony are a couple who live in Spain all year round. Although we live in a completely separate part of the Villa we can still be on hand to help with any queries This is our 7th year with Owners Direct so we are always trying to improve things. We spend most of our time out and about so any guests will see very little of us, but we still be on hand if required.

Notes:
Outside: The apartment has its own gated driveway with your own private access, allowing you to come and go as you please. Your private swimming pool has sun loungers, as does your own secluded garden and patio. There is a gas barbecue provided. Utility Room: Washing machine in separate laundry room Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided with the apartment cleaned before arrival. The towels and linen are changed weekly with a light clean. For stays longer than 2 weeks a full clean can be arranged on a fortnightly basis. Other: In winter and on those rare cold evenings there are 5 central heating radiators throughout the apartment at no extra cost.

Coast/Beach:

The apartment is located a 10 minutes drive from Javea. The town is split into 3 parts. The Arenal beach is best known for its clean Blue Flag sandy beach with childrens play areas and many sea front restaurants. The Port is still a working harbour where you can watch the locally caught fish being landed as well as a yacht marina. It to has superb waterfront restaurants overlooking the bay. The Old Town of Javea is unspoilt with picturesque streets, churches indoor market and museum.

Travel:

Both Alicante and Valencia airports are about 1 hours drive away. Both have good motorway connections to the E15/AP7 motorway. Public transport is not good but most car hire companies offer a pick up/drop off service at the airport. We recommend the use of a hire car.

Distances:

The village of Benitachell with its supermarket is just 3 minutes drive away but can be walked in 15 minutes. It also has an indoor heated swimming pool for guests considering a winter holiday. In the summer months Benidorm is a 30 minute drive with its water park, theme park, safari park, indoor shopping complex and Benidorm Palace for shows and a meal.

A 25% non returnable deposit is required at the time of booking with the remainder due 6 weeks before arrival.

Changeover Day:
The changeover day is flexible but subject to other bookings due prior and after your booking. Times will normally be with the departure time of 10am and the arrival time of 4pm. However this can be flexible if no other guests are booked on the same day

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
