We have a beautiful well appointed 2 bedroomed townhouse with a private roof terrace with magnificent views overlooking the pool area and matured garden, the house is tastefully furnished and immaculate throughout. It has full air-conditioning with ceiling fans in the main bedroom, both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The lounge and dining area are open plan leading to a well equipped kitchen includes hob and oven fridge freezer toaster sandwich maker, microwave. The lounge has patio doors leading to a fully tiled patio area with a table and chairs overlooking the swimming pool and the mountains. We are pleased to offer an additional property on this complex making it ideal two families, we have wfi available.

About Chris Findon

As a family we live in Newquay running a small hotel overlooking the beach which we have done for the past 15 years,this life style gives us the feedom in the winter months to stay in our lovely house and rent it out in the main season(when we have to work) We pride ourselves on good communications so you will get an immediate reply. We have been renting our house out for a number of years now in Cyprus and can answer any questions you may have about your trip.

We enjoy nothing better than spending the day on the beach with our family then chilling in the pool and on the patio late afternoon and evening.

We were one of the first to chose a house on this complex of plan therefore could specify a roof terrace which is private and ideal for sun bathing.

Coral Bay 10 mins drive away or Corallia beach both a beautiful sandy beaches. You can take a trip to Paphos from Coral Bay take part in the many water sports that are on offer or just relax, St Georges Bay 10 mins drive, Akamas Peninsula 20 mins drive.


Paphos Airport - 15 miles away 20km.we can arrange transport from the airport.Paphos has a excellent bus service to and from the airport,you can also visit Paphos and Coral Bay,the set cost is 1 euro per person.

Port of Limassol - 40 miles away.

Nicosia - 80 miles away.

Car hire is essential if you want to explore the island.


Peyia Village (Pegia) is a 10 minute walk away,Coral Bay is a 5 minute drive. Tsada Golf course is 25 minutes from Peyia it provides 18 holes of superb golf set in the grounds of a 12th century Monastery. Secret Valley Golf Club is set in a spectacular setting , there is also a golf course at Aphrodite Hills. Both are 40 minutes away. Troodos mountains are 1 1/2 hours drive were you can ski and snowboard in the winter months.

Activities available nearby include, golf, horse riding, swimming, walking, water park, golf courses and fishing and. The rate is a weekly rate for the house for up to 4 adults, we have a cot for child (no additional cost), we would require a £100 (non refundable) deposit to book the house, we advice you to take out holiday insurance.For your method of payment we can use paypal,cheques or bank transfer,you can also pay the balance on arrival to our local management company who live close by.

Changeover Day:
We will be as flexible as possible with regard to changeover day. If the house is not booked on you arrival or departure we are happy for you to stay until you need to catch your flight please ask.

Notes on prices:
We can take a deposit via paypal or by cheque or bank transfer ,if you would like to pay the deposit of £100 we are happy for the balance to be paid on arrival.
