The apartment is cleaned and serviced each week.

We were attracted to this area because of the all year round good weather - even the winter average temperatures are 18C.
Chlorakas is close to the beautiful Troodos Mountains and the Akamas National Park. Both offer considerable opportunities for walking which we are both very keen on.
There are many beautiful beaches nearby, which offer a variety of watersports - which are of great interest to our daughters.
The turtle reserve at Lara Beach is remote and is our favourite.
Paphos is a very interesting, historic and enjoyable town to visit with a variety of restaurants and bars.
Chlorakas provides all the local amenities you need within a short walk from the apartment.

"We did indeed think it was the best
location especially as your suite is one of the few
that is not boxed in by condos on both sides. It was great not having
another block of suites on the left and overlooking the lower
restaurant building. And also being at the widest part of the big pool
which meant you had more space across from you and not looking
directly in someone elses suite. The balcony really was a beautiful
extension of the living room and we loved the big double doors and fresh
I think you also have the best colours for the furniture and I loved the
bathroom floor tiles.
We were totally at home and comfortable and the resort was truly an oasis.

Coral Bay is one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the island, with a pair of headlands, sparkling clear waters, safe swimming and water sport facilities.
Lara Bay is also known as turtle beach. The beaches and views are spectacular. There is a turtle sanctuary here.
The apartment is about 20 minutes drive from Paphos International Airport
Alternatively you can fly to Larnaca which is about one and a half hours from Paphos.
British Airways, Monarch, Jet2, Cyprus Airways, Thomas Cook, EasyJet, Eurocypria all offer services from the UK to Cyprus.
Car hire is available from all the major car hire companies. Information is readily available from the resort as to which are recommended.
15 mins stroll into Chloraka village.
10 mins drive to Coral Bay.
10 mins drive to Paphos Harbour (it is possible to walk - taking about one hour - but it is not easy to find the way).
35 mins drive to Polis/Latchi Harbour.
Just out of the complex is a small bar where you can watch all major sporting fixtures and the landlord provides a comprehensive menu available all day. Opposite this bar is a mini market which is well stocked.
In Chloraka Village there is a Bank of Cyprus with an ATM, a bar and a restaurant.
Paphos town has a pleasant harbour and a medieval fort. There are many restaurants, bars, cafes and nightspots. You will also find craft shops, an indoor market, home-grown fruit and vegetables in Kato Paphos.
Boat tours to explore the surrounding beaches, coastline and islands can be arranged here.
The Tomb of the Kings is spread over a vast area containing impressive underground tombs dating back to the 4th century BC.
Near the harbour and by the fort you will find the entrance to the colourful and intricate Roman mosaics.
Panagia Chrysopolitissa Church was built in the 13th century over the ruins of the largest early Byzantine basilica on the island. According to tradition St Paul was flogged here for preaching Christianity in Cyprus.
The Avakas Gorge to the north near Lara bay offers good opportunities for walking. Here you can find birds, butterflies, lizards and mountain goats.
The Temple of Apollo is a complex of temples and shrines to the east of Paphos.
Also east of Paphos is Kourion: one of the most spectacularly located ancent sites in Cyprus.
Aphrodite Beach is a beautiful beach where legend has it that Aphrodite emerged from the sea. Aphrodite's rock marks the spot.
The Troodos mountain range offers many opportunities for walking and exploring. There are many famous mountain resorts, Byzantine monasteries, churches and the famous Cedar Valley.

The changeover day is flexible.
Arrival times after 15:00 and departure times before 12:00.
If there are no guests in the apartment that day then you can stay as late as you wish. You are welcome to use the facilities of the resort for as long as you wish on the day of departure.
Notes on prices:
Price includes free "Welcome Pack".
For stays of 2 weeks or more the price includes a weekly maid service.
Cots and high chairs can be hired at a cost of €10 per item per week.
To secure the booking a non-returnable deposit of £100 is required.
The balance is paid 2 months before arrival.
Payment can be made by direct bank transfer or by cheque or by Paypal.
Prices may vary at the owner's discretion.
