About The Owner

We have been travelling to Florida for over 25 years and have a wide knowledge of all attractions and places of interest. We are long established having rented our properties for 10 years. We have three properties on the estate which is well maintained, pleasant and secure. All of our properties are within walking distance of each other.

The Owner purchased this villa in 2006

Chatham Park is quiet, spacious, scenic and clean. We love the friendly people and location of the neighbourhood. It is far enough removed from the traffic, but close enough to all local attractions, shopping and airports.

Notes on accommodation: For the comfort of all our guests we ask that if you wish to smoke you use the pool area outside. For bookings during winter months heating is available, pool heating is also available in winter at extra cost. Outside: The estate also has a well maintained communal pool with sunbeds for residents use only. Key to pool area will be in your villa. Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Ample bedding and towels for house and pool use provided. Other: Additional items include hairdryer, telephone, alarm radio, portable radio, cot, highchair and buggy available if required, ceiling fans in main rooms, air-conditioning/heating.

Great villa, few little teething problems, pool and wifi but impressed with speed resolved. Lovely location great pool and spa. Clean tidy everything we needed. Would highly recommend for great holiday.

Everything we needed and more, a real home from home recieved a courtesy call from the owner pat the night before our departure to see if we had enjoyed it 15 mins drive to Disney parks 20 mins to universal short drive to shops,restaurants and outlets all in all a thoroughly enjoyable stay

this villa was superb and well located for all the attractions. Pat and John were great could not do enough. As a family we felt very safe here and everyone we bumped into around the villa were very pleasant i would recommend this villa

Amazing Villa, Perfect Location

I just cant thank Pat enough for the fabulous time we had in her villa. The villa is spotless, and HUGE! We had 7 of us stay and can safely say that there was ample room! The pool is lovely and the furnishing are fine! We cooked and stayed in at the villa and everything was perfect. we had emailed and spoken to Pat a few times before we arrived and she was completely accommodating to any questions or worries. If you are going to Kissimee and you want a good location, a great place to stay and a fabulous friendly owner, CHOOSE HERE! Thanks again so much! Hoping to come back when were not paying for a wedding!!!

friendly and very accomodating owners

We were lucky enough to be staying next door to the owners while staying here. They couldn't have been nicer and were very helpful when we had to exchange our hire car due to an oil leak.

The villa was excellent - clean and spacious, plenty of towels for pools and waterparks - and the air hockey table in the garage was an unexpected surprise which kept my son entertained when he wasn't in the pool!

The area was perfect for us; quick and easy drives to the parks, loads of great places to eat nearby and walmarts just round the corner. Definitely recommend the area and the villa to anyone visiting orlando and doing the parks.

Couldn't be faulted

Arrived at the property to find it immaculately clean with all the amenities you could need included in the price, including wifi and pool heating, a neighbour of the property was kind enough to pay us a visit and explain how everything works, rubbish pick up etc etc and answered any questions we had, all at the request of the incredibly friendly and helpful owners of the villa. Everything we needed was catered for and the location was perfect, easy driving distance to the parks, plenty of close amenities/ restaurants etc and yet out of the way enough to be nice and quiet. There is absolutely nothing that this place doesn't have in it's favour and when I return on a future holiday I won't be hesitating to get straight in touch with the owner of this property

Approx 50 miles (1 hour driving) to Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach with its clean white sand, approx 70 miles to Daytona Beach - where you can drive on the beach!

Approx 70 miles the opposite way is the Gulf Coast and Clearwater with its fine white sand.


Orlando International Airport - an easy drive round the Greenway - approx 20 miles.

Sandford International Airport - the other side of the city of Orlando approx 45 miles along the Greenway.

Port Canaveral - approx 60 miles on the Atlantic side.

Car hire or the use of a vehicle recommended.

A 10 minute walk away is the "Linx" bus service to take you along the 192 or direct to Disney.


All major attractions are within easy reach of our villas.

Further Details:

US 192 (also called Irl Bronson Highway) is a short drive away, there are many restaurants to suit all tastes and prices along its length as well as Medieval Times and Arabian Nights (themed dinner shows). Major supermarkets (Wal-Mart, Target, Publix, Costco as well as many outlets are here. Old Town has "The Cruise" - Thursday night is bike night and Saturday night is time to see the old style American cars.

Boggy Creek Airboats - adventure into the original Florida scenery, and helicopter rides are all along the "192". Flea Market and another farmers/flea market at St Cloud (Fri -Sun).

Pick up vouchers in restaurants - you may be able to save money!

Several large retail complex's within easy driving distance to buy those bargains! Try "The Loop", Premium Outlets, Florida Mall.

For that special dinner somewhere different - try Gaylord Palms or the Marriott Grand Lakes.
