This very spacious ground floor apartment features an exceptionally large family bedroom containing a double bed and a pair of bunk beds plus a full size washbasin with a shaver point. In the comfortable lounge there’s a high quality double sofabed. A fold-up guest bed is also available if required.

The attractive modern kitchen provides ample space to prepare the meals for all the family. An external door gives access to the secluded rear garden where there is a separate screened patio equipped with garden furniture and barbecue facilities for the exclusive use of this apartment.

There is wheelchair access to all parts of this apartment other than the bathroom.

Maintained to the highest standards, Stavordale House apartments feature a comfortable, well appointed lounge with kitchen and dining area, plus a spacious bedroom and bathroom / WC. In the lounge there is a flat screen colour TV with digital Freeview plus a DVD player and a wide selection of books and games for all the family. The modern kitchen contains a microwave and a conventional cooker - and it’s fully equipped for almost any family need! In the attractively furnished bedroom there’s a hair dryer and, in most apartments, a full sized washbasin with a shaver point.

Booking Notes:
A deposit of £100 per week is required. The balance is payable two months prior to arrival. Personal cheques and internet bank transfers are the only methods of payment we accept. A written confirmation of all payments is provided.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is Saturday. Apartments are ready for occupation at 2.30pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. We always try to be flexible in special circumstances.

Notes on accommodation: Bed linen and towels are automatically provided. For the provision of these services a small charge is added to your bill. Please note that beach towels are not supplied. Travel cots and high chairs are available free of charge. Please note that bedding for travel cots is not supplied. A utility room with washing machine, tumble drier, a deep sink and additional freezer space is available of the use of all guests. Gas fired central heating with thermostatic control in all rooms is included in the price. Hot water is also included in the price except for the electric shower which is metered along with other electrical appliances. The electricity meter accepts £1.00 coins. Pets are not normally accommodated but if you have a special request don't hesitate to ask. Sorry but strictly no smoking in any part of the building. Outside: At the front of Stavordale House there is ample private parking – essential in Weymouth if travelling by car. At the rear there is an attractive and secluded garden. This is available for the use of both the ground floor apartments each of which has its own screened patio area complete with garden furniture and barbecue facilities.

excellent accommodation x stay

The Stavordale house is an excellent choice for somewhere to stay in Weymouth. We have stayed here may many times and it's like home from home.Housekeeping is 5* .So close to all the amenities. We stay in Flat 2 and will be back in 2017 !!!!

I HAVE JUST HAD A BRILLIANT HOLIDAY AT STAVORDALE HOUSE WEYMOUTH.IN FACT THE BEST FOR YEARS.MY WITH AND I ARRIVED TO FIND THE RAMP IN PLACE FOR MY WHEELCHAIR AND THE FLAT CLEAN AND WELL EQUIPT WITH EVERYTHING YOU COULD NEED ON HOLIDAY.WE WILL BE TELLING ALL OUR FRIENDS AND WILL BE RETURNING HERE FOR OUR NEXT HOLIDAY REST ASSURED.WELL DONE ALL INVOLVED IN MAKING THIS ONE OF THE BEST PLACES IN WEYMOUTH AND MANY THANKS TO YOU ALL. Coast/Beach:

It's literally a five minute walk from Stavordale House to Weymouth beach with no hills or steps to navigate. The glorious sandy beach is one of the finest in the country and with its immensely shallow slope it is exceptionally safe for swimming and for children. The views are spectacular with the stunning 'World Heritage' Jurassic coastline in one direction and the imposing Isle of Portland in the other.

Travel:

Stavordale House is less than a five minute walk from Weymouth's train and bus stations. The nearest airport is Bournemouth, which is around 60 minutes by car. There is a train from Bournemouth to Weymouth and there is a bus service from the airport to the railway station although a taxi is recommended. Southampton airport is around 80 minutes by car. The airport is right next to Southampton Parkway railway station from which there is a direct service to Weymouth.

For food shopping it’s a two minute drive to Asda. There’s also a Morrisons an a Sainsburys. The town centre is a five minute walk away. A wide range of shops includes M&S and Debenhams plus all major banks. There are many restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. Recommendations can be found the Guest Information book. Weymouth’s many attractions include Sea Life Park, the historic harbour, Nothe Fort, Bennetts Water Gardens, a multi-screen cinema, ten pin bowling, a swimming pool and day trips to Guernsey.
