Set in a small private complex with only 30 apartments, only 5 minutes walk from Santa Ponsa beach and town, and 5 minutes drive to Santa Ponsa golf and country club.

Secure/gated community. Apartment has all mod-cons and furnished to a very high standard, with LED TV, Bose CD Player, DVD player, UK Sky box and Freeview channels. Free wireless wi-fi connectivity.

Santa Ponsa is approximately 20 minutes drive from Palma airport.

Apartment has been completely refitted modern bathroom/shower etc, and the apartment has been completely redecorated, and the bedroom now also has luxury super soft white Egyptian cotton sateen bedding, lightweight soft quilts and comfy pillows with mattress toppers

In addition to this apartment we also have available a 2 bedroom luxury Penthouse apartment (enter B2637 in search) directly above (with a shared & private entrance) Ideal if you are wanting to stay close to other friends/family, but require your own privacy. Outside: The apartment is set in a large landscaped garden area with freshwater pool, BBQ area, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Plenty of car-park spaces. Other: Kitchen has 2 sets of patio doors leading onto small terrace, with table & 4 chairs.

Excellent apartment with fabulous gardens and pool

All aspects of accommodation facilities and location were completely correct.Apartment bright and clean with great facilities we particularly enjoyed breakfast on the main balcony.The gardens and pool area are to die for with ample beds and umbrellas. TV, DVD player and music equipment very modern.

Restaurants are of a very high standard in particular Meson del Mar,Vivo(dutch) and Sargantana.

Resort is very nice with lovely beach and marina with a good bus service to palma. We shall certainly be returning and would recommend to friends due to the great time we had the owner is very helpful and provides an excellent holiday apartment.

Amazing Spacious Apartment in a Fab Location!

We have had the most amazing week in this gorgeous spacious apartment. It is in a quiet location but within a few minutes you can walk down to the main shops and beach. The apartment and pool area are beautifully maintained - there are shower and toilet facilities by the pool and plenty of sunbeds and parasols. The sunny balcony is great to sit out and enjoy your meals.

We used a shuttle bus from the airport (hoppa.com), but as these rarely drop-off at private apartments, you can state Plazamar Serenity or Jutlandia Hotel as a drop-off point; these are both a 2 minute walk away. There is also an airport bus (A11) which runs from/to the centre of Santa Ponça (8 mins walk).

Julie gave us a lovely warm welcome at the apartment, she was brilliant and had stocked the fridge with water, milk, fruit juice and a bottle of champagne! 🥂

The wifi worked well and the air-conditioning was a blessing when getting ready to go out, but despite the high temperatures, the apartment remained relatively cool. The shower is powerful and the bed is huge!

We often visited the Parrot Beach Bar, easily found as you walk down the front. They do lovely smoothies! We spent many nights in McTavishes - live music every night (Elvis, Neil Diamond, 70's Tribute, Robbie Williams) followed by karaoke. DJ Jon and all the staff were just fab. We also had lunch at McTavishes Kitchen a couple of times - great food at affordable prices.

El Jardin, a restaurant further up the road from McTavishes, towards 'the square' is also highly recommended.

There's a lovely harbour in Santa Ponça, which is close to another small beach/bay and children's play area. The harbour is a great spot to sit and have a drink. We also took a walk to El Toro (Port Adriano), 2.2 miles away. The marina and beach at El Toro are beautiful and well worth a visit.

Santa Ponça is a lovely resort, and this apartment was the perfect place to stay.

Modern,spacious apartment in perfect location!

Just returned from a week at this apartment which is not only beautiful inside but is set in the most attractive gardens with a large pool.The complex was very quiet and ,we mostly had the pool and it's numerous sun beds to ourselves.The location is ideal as it offers complete peace and quiet whilst being less than a ten minute walk to all amenities including bus stop,beach front promenade and large supermarket .The communication with owners was easy and efficient and we were met at the apartment on arrival.The apartment is fully equipped to a high standard with everything you could possibly need and has beautiful views.We enjoyed sitting in late afternoon sunshine and watching the sunsets from the main balcony.We would highly recommend this apartment and cannot fault it in any way.

Beautiful apartment very well equipped-modern-very well maintained.

The location is excellent approx 5-10mins walk to the beach but situated in a peaceful location.

The owners were very easy to communicate with.

I would recommend apartment and hope to return in the future

my wife and I saw this apartment online the booking was easy and the owner very helpful with all the details on arrival and how to get to the apartment we have stayed in santa ponsa quite a few times thus knowing where we were to be based we were met on arrival and shown this beautiful apartment having had many holidays and stayed in many apartments this was the best there are many words I could use to describe it and they would all be true its a five minute walk to the square for buses and taxis and the same for the beach restaurants bars and nightlife on departure we were shown the apartment above which was a two bedroomed and even more tastefully decorated and furnished the two could be used for a family holiday to the owners we would like to thank them for making our stay very comfortable and enjoyable George and Gladys Inverness Scotland

A fantastic apartment

Our 2nd stay at this fantastic apartment which is great for a visit to Santa Ponca. We are always given a warm welcome by Julie, to this very well maintained property, which has everything you need in it and is very quiet. The wifi is great and very fast.

The pool area is never very busy and there are plenty of sun loungers.

Its a 10 min walk to the beach or the Eroski Supermarket.

We have already booked again for next year as it suits us so well with my husband playing tennis, at the Santa Ponca tennis club.

5 minutes walk from Santa Ponsa beach. The beach is cleaned daily with sunbeds and Palm umbrellas. 5 min walk to shops, restaurants, regular entertainment and water sports.

Travel:

20 minutes from Palma Airport. Only 5 minutes walk from Santa Ponsa town with supermarkets, banks, restaurants and shops. The main bus station and taxi rank is at the end of the road (200mts).

Distances:

Palma is 20 mins drive (approx 35 euros taxi).

The exclusive Puerto Portals is about 10 mins (apx 25 euros taxi). Waterparks are approx 10 mins drive (approx 15 euros taxi).

2 local golf courses are 5 mins drive (apx 10 euros taxi).

Only 5 minutes walk from Santa Ponsa town with supermarkets, banks, restaurants and shops.

The main bus station and taxi rank is at the end of the road (200ms).

Changeover Day:
Arrival days and departures are flexible, and we DO NOT insist on a Saturday to Saturday basis, so you can book flights mid week or a time to suit you. Extra days can be worked out on a pro-rata basis. Please check the 'availability calendar'.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
One week - 7 nights stay, and is for the apartment regardless of whether there are 2 or 4 staying. Extra nights can be worked out on a pro-rata basis. 2 extra nights high season in 2016 is £170. (based on high season rates of £595 per week).

If the dates you require are not listed then please contact us for a price. We don't work on a Saturday to Saturday basis, which enables you to book flights and plan your holiday to suit you.

An initial deposit of £200 is required to secure your booking. This acts as a damage waiver during your stay and is refunded post departure. The cost of your holiday is required either 2 weeks prior to arrival or by cash payment on arrival.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
