This distinctive villa is set over two floors making the most of the levels that this villa is built on. The lower floor of the villa is home to the living spaces and contains the bedrooms and bathrooms. All rooms are large and spacious and bright and open with windows and doors leading out into the garden area.

This villa was been carefully designed to take full advantage of its situation in the foothills of the Sierra Tramuntana.

This villa is set in a very large plot and is the perfect combination of countryside location and a very short drive to the stunning town of Pollença, Port de Pollença and Cala Sant Vicenç.

The grounds of this villa, and the villa itself, have both been sensitively designed to keep the natural characteristics of this beautiful area of outstanding natural beauty.

This Pollenca villa is right at the base of the mountainous area of Sierra de Tramuntana, so close that when you are soaking up the sunshine by the impressive pool and terrace area, you may find that you are also in the company of soaring eagles and inquisitive mountain goats.

The grounds of this property are full of rustic charm with views over towards the town of Pollensa and the Majorca countryside

The pool is a good sized natural looking pool which is appealing and relaxing. There is plenty of outside area ideal for an alfresco dining with a barbeque area to enjoy. And of course the outside space is ideal for children to explore and play in.

This villa is spacious with clean white walls. On the ground floor you'll find the

spacious living/dining room which is a lovely open plan space with wooden beamed ceilings giving a feeling of the outside coming in. This is helped by a large number of doors with glass in them which give an elegance and drama to the room.

The kitchen is a space full of equipment that is surely a place that will inspire glorious culinary creations. The outside dining area and terrace is accessed from the kitchen and living/dinning.

The ground floor you also has three double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, All bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and TV. The bedrooms are stunning in their simplicity.

The upstairs tower room is equipped with some GYM equipment.

Outside BBQ, large private pool with built in steps and a Sauna

One of the best things about this villa is the fact that it is so close to the town of Pollença, Port de Pollença and Cala Sant Vicenç. You will be able to take a stroll into town to enjoy the local bars and restaurants and soak up the atmosphere of shopping in the local markets and districts.

Add to all of this the fact that you are only a very short drive to the local beaches and other Majorcan areas such as Puerto Pollenca and Alcudia where you can enjoy all the fun of water sports, sea and sand and you really do have the perfect property in the perfect location.

The villa can be used during the winter time because it has got central heating.

The sauna has en extra price for clients to be used.

Excellent facilities in an excellent location, would definitely go back again. we hired a car which was best for getting out and about on the island but if you wish to stay relatively local, the local bus service is very handy and economical.

Lesley October 2013 - I stayed at this villa last october with my husband and close friend. It was one of best holidays I have had . The villas location,peacefulness yet within 5 minutes of most ammenities was perfect. The gardens of the villa were beautiful and peaceful, but what made my holiday was the addition of a lovely donkey (we named him "Ned ") in the adjacent field. Would love to return if only to see Ned again . Thanks to the owners for a great holiday.

Notes on accommodation: This villa is a family villa in the countryside close to the historic town of Pollensa, and the seaside resort of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente with a picturesque mountain backdrop, this spacious 3 bedroom/3 bathroom villa is based in pretty tranquil surroundings with extensive well-tended gardens. Days can be spent relaxing by the pool and enjoying the tranquility. Location Puerto Pollensa and beach 4 km, market 2 km, Puerto Pollensa 4 km The villa it is very private and secluded, down a long drive of the road to Cala San Vicente. It is surrounded by a friendly garden,trees and shrubs and pool with views of mountains, and the goats. Accommodation Ground floor, spacious large open plan lounge/dining room with full air contidioning. kitchen with cooking rings, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster, two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom with four poster bed, all with en-suite bathrooms. Outside: Outside large garden with BBQ, large pool 12 x 6 mts. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Maid service information - will be cleaned and prepared on your arrival day. Bedlinen is changed weekly for two week stay. Mid-week clean include change of towels, bed making, cleaning of bathrooms, shower rooms, kitchens.
