Le Jardin Alpin Vaujany, is an outstanding development which comprises of three Chalet style buildings comprising ten superbly equipped apartments and a number of individual luxury chalets. We (vaujanyskicompany.com) have the following accommodation available for you to rent: This lovely apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed that can be split into two singles and one with two single beds), one bathroom with shower/bath, separate WC, open-plan living space including kitchen and balcony with stunning views of the mountains. There is a sofa-bed in the main living area which converts into a very comfortable double should you require it. In addition, on the ground floor of the building you have access to your own ski locker.
The apartment is also equipped with Flat Screen TV, Blueray player, Apple TV, dishwasher, electric oven, four electric hobs and large fridge freezer. Additional facilities include heaters in each room, kettle and toaster. A Cot and High Chair are available on request.
This apartment comes with fresh linen and towels provided.

This lovely property is just one of the many properties that we market in Vaujany on behalf of UK owners. Although we are based in the UK we spend a lot of time in Vaujany and have a great knowledge of the resort and how to make the best of the area both in the Winter and the Summer. Why Natasha chose Vaujany
Vaujany is the perfect Alpine Winter and Summer destination: it's a superbly authentic village with quaint old farm buildings nestled in with bars, restaurants and fantastic modern leisure facilities. The lift system is second to none and boasts the fastest elevation gain in the whole resort. That means whether you are ski-ing or mountain biking you can be at the top of the mountain within a few minutes of getting on the super fast 160 man gondola. Throw in the world class ski-ing both on pistes and off piste and it's no wonder that Vaujany is becoming the go to place for those in the know. The village itself is linked from top to bottom by a series of lifts and escalators so getting around is easy and you won't need a car when you are here.
What makes this Apartment unique
Both properties are located in the development called Le Jardin Alpin which is just 100 metres from the ski station, ski school, leisure centre, ice-skating rink, bowling, shops and restaurants. Leave the apartment and two minutes walk later you will be on the lift system and heading up to 2800m to tackle one of the numerous ski runs the resort has to offer. The village itself has recently invested a huge amount of money into the leisure facilities including a superb leisure centre, swimming pool, brand new ice-skating rink, bowling alley and all of this is just a few minutes walk away from the chalet building.

Fantastic apartment close to ski lifts.
Really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. There were 4 adults in our party & the apartment was comfortable for this number. Very clean, cosy and a few minutes walk to the ski lifts. Ski locker on ground floor is a god-send; saves carrying all your wet equipment up in the lift. Apartment was warm and shower was superb.
Appreciated the tip to stop off at a supermarket en route as the shop in Vaujany itself is extremely limited & not sure if you could self-cater here unless you had stocked up well beforehand. Also, limited options for dining out so good be able to self-cater on a couple of occasions.
Access to ski lifts is superb - 4 mins walk to escalator which takes you directly to 2 ski lifts. Loved the ski area too.
Would definitely stay here again, loved it.

Apartment was well kitted out, clean and perfect size for us (2 adults and a 4 year old).
The location was very good for the leisure complex (Ice skating, Ten pin bowling and good swimming pool), nursery and ski station (where the cable cars connect to the slopes), a minute or two walk and then 30 seconds in the funicular. The location is the other side of town from the local shop and quite a few of the restaurants (up plenty of escalators to get there, maybe 10 min walk) but proximity to nursery, ski station and leisure centre far outweighed that as we used each of them daily.
As a resort you need to get cable car up and down mountain from Vaujany but we opted to stay there due to the leisure centre providing alternative activities after the slopes had closed which we took our daughter to daily, the kids club also utilised the activities in the leisure centre. The cable car didn't prove to be an issue, ESF ski lessons left from the ski station and took the children up the mountain, provided them lunch and then took them down to the nursery complex for the kids club after
Pip was fantastic and offered some great advice, really welcoming, helpful and happy to help wherever he could
One point worth noting is that there is a building site that the apartment looks out onto, if like us you are out all of the day it shouldn't make a major impact other than the view but if you are planning on hanging around the apartment most the time it may get noisy

The overall impression was very good. Minor comments: the kitchen equipment could be extended a bit for self-cooking in the apartment. And there is no sun on the terrace. But everything else was perfectly OK.

My son and I had a great week, not just on the mountain but, swimming, Ice skating & bowling too, Rob & Tash's apartment is a great place to base yourselves for a fun weeks skiing/boarding.

We have stayed at this apartment for a number of years and it never fails to live up to expectations. It is clean, warm and has everything you need for a self catering holiday. The french doors open out onto a large balcony where you can watch the snow falling, gaze at the the mountains or dine al fresco (although perhaps not in winter). The customer service is excellent and very friendly from booking, meet and greet and throughout the holiday. Its location is ideal as the village centre, ski station, ice rink, sports centre and restaurants are all within walking distance. I would recommend this accommodation.

Really nice apartment in a great little ski resort. Everything you could hope for in terms of location - right next to the ski lift and really close to the brilliant swimming pool and leisure centre. Easy to book with Rob and Tash and the resort reps were really helpful. Would highly recommend. Great value too...
The closest airport is Grenoble, 1 hr 20 mins away. Other easy transfers are Chambery (2 hrs), Lyon (2hr 15) and Geneva (2hr 40). Driving to the property is straightforward and full directions will be provided upon booking.
