Cork Airport is approx 50 km/one hour - Cork Port approx same distance.

Dublin and Rosslare approx. 200km or 3/4 hours Car recommended as nearest town of Clonakilty is 5km from house for shopping, banking etc.

Distances:

Clonakilty is 5km approx or 30 to 40 minute brisk walk from house.

Schull & other west Cork destinations are within one hour of holiday home including passenger ferry to Cape Clear & Sherkin Islands.

Further Details:

Clonakilty is a Europe award winning market town with excellent choice of restaurants, music (both Irish & folk) pubs, banks, award winning Supermarkets, (for hygiene, presentation and fresh produce) and festivals.

Inchydoney & its coastal hinterland is excellent for all activities including; fishing, walking, cycling, water sports, sightseeing or just lazy reading on the many sand dunes.

Booking Notes:
20% deposit required on confirmation of booking with balance payable one month before arrival. Security deposit(refundable) of €200 against breakages/damage to contents. All/any Cancellations received within one month of arrival will result in 20% loss of full rental fee. Any/all cancellations received within 72 hours of arrival will result in 50% loss of full rental fee and if cancelled with 24 hours of arrival total forfeit of full rental fee exclusive of damage deposit.

Changeover Day:
Saturdays is changeover day. Departure time strictly 11am. To facilitate cleaning, arrival not before 4pm.

Booking Deposit of 20% payable upon reservation with balance payable one month prior to arrival.
Security damage deposit of €250.00 additionally payable by lead guest either at booking deposit or
with balance prior to arrival at option of guest.
