Quinta da Amizade is located only a few minute's drive from Quinta do Lago (Quinta Shopping) and the stunning beaches/golf courses. A gated entrance leads you up the long sweeping drive through landscaped gardens to the front of the villa. Double oak doors lead to an entrance hall which leads into the lounge/formal dining which has doors leading onto the terrace and pool area which offers a bar, kitchen, alfresco dining, sunbathing, extensive lawn and play area for kids. The ground floor also has a kitchen-diner/snug/utility which also leads onto the terrace. Three of the bedroom suites are on the 1st floor (bedroom 1 has its own private balcony) the landing has a front facing balcony which offers stunning hill views. The top floor boasts the whole of the master / penthouse suite, a large private balcony with breathtaking views towards the sea. The villa is ideal for family holidays, golfing breaks, a quiet retreat but very close to everything that the area has to offer.

Well equipped outdoor kitchen, Bar, BBQ and dining area - a great place to spend your holidays in complete seclusion. Internet Access - via WiFi TV - available channels, iPod Docking Music System, DVD & Wii system. Most rooms have patio doors opening to a balcony or patio area. The Master Suite occupies the whole of the top floor of the Villa and has an incredible balcony offering far reaching views to the sea. Solid Oak Doors. Suitable for children with supervision around the pools. Air-conditioning in every room. Underfloor heating. Insect nets to all windows. Sleeps 10 plus babies / Toddlers. Outside: The grounds of this private estate are one of many key benefits, approaching 2 acres, there is a childs' play area, patio areas, sun terrace around the overspill pool (heating extra), and lawns all with palm trees, over 20 orange trees (help yourself!) and an exotic assortment of plants. A great place for entertaining is the Villa outdoor kitchen area with gas BBQ, Bar with fridge, all beneath a beautiful covered area ideal for shade in the hot summer months and opening to the infinity pool, large sunbathing terrace and chill out seating area. An excellent range of outdoor furniture is included loungers, parasols, chairs, tables etc. The terraces are well lit for evening cocktails and dinners. Amazing stay just perfect.

This is an amazing property to stay in. It is very spacious and very clean and it caters for all.

The location is ideal to get to the beach,shops and restaurants in just a couple if minutes drive. The swimming pool is fabulous and around it is an great entertaining and bbq area.It is ideal for families or adult groups. I will hopefully return next year. I cant wait. Just Perfect.

Beautiful villa, even in the rain...

Fabulous villa with literally everything you could ask for, located just minutes from Quinta centre. The grounds are beautifully maintained with copious quantities of orange trees and acres of space for children to run around to their hearts content.

The pool area is wonderful with a good sized pool at ground level and plenty of seating areas so even in the rain there is somewhere you can be outside.

The villa itself is very well decorated internally, the master bedroom is huge but all the rooms are very amply sized and each has a beautifully appointed bathroom, so unlike some villas you don't feel as though there is only really one room in which you would want to stay.

Kitchen is extremely well stocked and I would challenge anybody to find a utensil that isn't provided!

The owner is incredibly helpful and responsive to emails, and the property manager is exactly the right balance of friendly and welcoming without being too intrusive. You genuinely feel that the priority is you enjoying your stay.

To summise, a fantastic villa in a great location unanimously appreciated by all in our party - we've already booked to come back...

Everything and more!!!!

As regular visitors to the area things just get better on each trip.

From the first contact with Gaynor you know you've made the right choice, nothing is too much trouble.

The villa is a dream, just far enough out for those periods of peace, just near enough for the beach and fantastic restaurants, we strongly recommend Maria's, Gusto's at the Conrad and more to many mention here.

The family loved every minute, particularly the pool and have demanded a two week residence next time and they are "very" fussy.

Wonderful villa

We had a wonderful holiday here. Lots of space, especially for the children who loved playing in the beautiful pool and on the swings and slide and the large garden area. The villa had everything we needed to enable us to be totally self sufficient. The owners were quick and responsive, answering any queries promptly. The local area was wonderful. We particularly enjoyed the water sports on the lake and a number of wonderful restaurants. I would thoroughly recommend this villa to any holidaymakers.

If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded only if the unit is re-let. Can accept payments by: PayPal (credit/debit card) - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash. The only extra we charge for is pool heating at £250 per week.

Arrival time - guaranteed access from 4.30 pm (but will do our best to accommodate earlier arrivals).
