Cottage in Llanbedr-y-Cennin, Nr. Conwy, Gwynedd, North Wales - Very peaceful location, but not Isolated with the Local Pub just a Short Walk Away
About Jean Koffman
My husband and I are both retired now and use the cottage in between rentals for holidays and enjoy keeping the garden looking good and refreshing the decor whenever needed.
Jean Koffman purchased this Cottage in 1995
Why Jean Koffman chose Conwy Town
We bought the cottage 23 years ago because North Wales has beautiful countryside, a nice coastline and plenty of interesting places to visit. We rent the cottage out all year and whenever it is free we use it for our holidays as well as refurbishing whenever necessary. It is a very relaxing cottage and our guest book is a testimony to that. One guest called it his "little piece of heaven" and we have many similar comments from guests coming time and time again.
What makes this Cottage unique
It is a very comfortable cottage and equipped to a high standard. We have recently bought new mattresses for all the beds and we are constantly updating equipment, furnishings and the decor.

This is a beautiful cottage in a stunning location. The cottage is nestled in pleasant gardens and feels like home. Jean and Erick were very quick to respond to any emails and provided very clear and concise directions and suggestions of things to do in the area. We've all enjoyed the holiday and would hope to return in the future.
A lovely cottage with views of the Conwy valley.
We had a wonderful time staying here while exploring snowdonia. The views are great and there is a nice pub at the end of the road serving good food. The cottage is spacious with good facilities and wifi. We would definitely stay again.
Hi James, Thank you very much for your very nice review of our cottage. Very pleased that you enjoyed your holiday and hope you manage to come again sometime.

A perfect hideaway in stunning countryside.
We had a wonderful stay at Brundall Cottage. The cottage is spacious and well equipped and perfect for a family gathering of 6. As we were there for a family party we did not manage to get out and about too much but managed a trip to Anglesey, a visit to Plas Newydd, a walk around Conway, a trip to Llandudno, and a walk around lake Crafnant. Stunning scenery all around and wonderful views from the cottage.
We loved the bird feeders outside the lounge windows, a pleasant place to relax and let the world go by. Thank you
Thank you very much for your lovely review of our cottage.
Glad you enjoyed your reunion and considering the short time you were there you visited quite a lot of the beauty spots.

Peace and comfort in this beautiful cottage.
We have enjoyed a lovely week in this cosy, clean, comfy and utterly peaceful cottage. The cottage is well equipped and spacious with pretty gardens front and back. It is well situated to explore this gorgeous area and the sights of Conwy, Llandudno and Snowdonia. The owners, Jean and Erick, have been very helpful and always prompt to reply to any queries. We have no hesitation in recommending this as a great choice of holiday cottage.
