The cottage is very spacious and has very attractive features, especially the lounge and the main bedroom. There is plenty of parking space, paved front garden with shrubs and the back garden has a large lawn with lots of trees and shrubs. Both gardens have lovely views with picnic bench to the back and table and chairs to the front. The cottage is just a short walk from the village which has a 14th century church and a lovely old pub the Y Beddol on the main road and the Ty Gwyn in Rowen the next village. The 3 bedrooms have attractive views BUT WE DON'T SUPPLY BEDLINEN AND TOWELS

About Jean Koffman
My husband and I are both retired now and use the cottage in between rentals for holidays and enjoy keeping the garden looking good and refreshing the decor whenever needed.
Jean Koffman purchased this Cottage in 1995
Why Jean Koffman chose Caerhun
We bought the cottage 23 years ago because North Wales has beautiful countryside, a nice coastline and plenty of interesting places to visit. We rent the cottage out all year and whenever it is free we use it for our holidays as well as refurbishing whenever necessary. It is a very relaxing cottage and our guest book is a testimony to that. One guest called it his "little piece of heaven" and we have many similar comments from guests coming time and time again.
What makes this Cottage unique
It is a very comfortable cottage and equipped to a high standard. We have recently bought new mattresses for all the beds and we are constantly updating equipment, furnishings and the decor.

Fantastic Getaway Cottage
Best pet friendly cottage we have ever stayed in, super clean, with everything you would need. Very spacious and nicely positioned on quiet lane and not overlooked.
Lovely very friendly pub 3 minutes walk away, (dog friendly too) pity they do not do food though.
Thank you Erick and Jean for a great break, we will be back.
Thanks Paul for a fantastic review. Very pleased to know that you liked everything about the cottage inside and outside. We would
welcome you back should you ever make another visit.

beautiful house in great Location
We have jsut spent 5 days at the Beautiful cottage, it has everything we needed.
fantastic location and a great Pub within walking distance, we will going back later in the year.
This is a lovely house, very spacious even for six adults and a toddler. It is incredibly well equipped - everything you will need is there. The views are wonderful and lots of places to visit within easy reach. The directions are very good (it is a little out of the way). The gardens are lovely with seats in the back and front to eat out if it is sunny and warm.
There are a few steps into and out of two of the bedrooms and one of the sets of steps up to the back garden is quite steep - we just had to watch our toddler.
The best cottage we've ever rented!
Thank you very much for your lovely review of our cottage. So pleased that you all enjoyed
your stay and very happy that you consider it to be the best cottage that you have ever rented.

HOME COMFORTS WITH SPECTACULAR VIEWS
We love this cottage and the surrounding village. Very warm and comfortable with beautiful views over the Conwy valley. Pub with good food just a short stroll down the country lane (dog friendly too).
One of the few holiday cottages we return to.
It has the seclusion we seek, but is not remote. Lovely country walks from the door, and a private garden. Perfect !!
A Little piece of heaven
To say my family were delighted with this beautiful cottage is an understatement spacious, well equipped, spotless clean and well maintained, large living room tastefully furnished well equipped kitchen and 3 lovely bedrooms 2 bathrooms which proved ideal with there being 5 of us. In peaceful location with lots of places of interest to visit. Had a delicious Sunday Lunch at the local pub, people there very friendly. Our grandchildren loved the garden and found lots of "secret" paths to play hide and seek!. On the evening of our arrival the owners rang to check everything was okay and to explain the central heating system, we were lucky enough to have good weather so didn't need it. It was a nice touch and shows that they wanted to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We have booked again for next year we can't wait to visit our little piece of heaven again. The owners should be very proud of their lovely cottage.
Thanks very much for your very nice review of the cottage, couldn't have been better!!
Hope you enjoy it as much next May.
Best wishes from, Jean
lovely cottage in beautiful setting
Brundall is a delightful cottage in the Conwy valley, about 8 miles from Conwy itself. The cottage was clean and roomy -accommodation and facilities are excellent and there is a lovely garden. There is a fine old pub 300 yards down the lane that does good food. We stayed for a week with our two grandchildren. They loved the beach at Penmanmawr and crab fishing off the quayside at Conwy. The castle is a must-see. We climbed halfway up Snowden before the children flagged. The area has something for everyone. All-in-all, highly recommended for a family holiday in North Wales.
Thank you very much for your lovely review of our cottage.
Best Wishes from Jean and Erick
