Had a wonderful stay. Was originally skeptical after seeing some of the reviews. However, the house was clean and ready for occupancy. The property management was courteous and professional. They quickly responded to the minor issues we encountered.
The only reason I can think of by those expressing negative negative reviews would be because they had resort expectations. This is an older 3 bedroom house as advertised, not a luxury resort. Our family had a wonderful time enjoying the pool and having canal access to the bay for our boating.
Property poorly managed and filthy. Description of the property is very deceiving. Interior of the house was dirty, with visible mold in the bathrooms and floors had not been mopped. Pool was unusable the entire stay. Local property manager was nowhere to be found. Had to deal with VACASA in Oregon. Had to ASK for compensation for pool not being unusable. Was offered ridiculous refund for not being able to use the pool the entire week. Pool service tech told us the owner has been aware of the problem for 2 years. Area around the pool was overgrown and filthy. Outdoor bath did not work and was nasty. Will NEVER RENT AGAIN!!!! And will do everything possible to inform anyone considering this property not to rent it.

What a disastore
First day we arrived the lawn was knee high, the pool was full of leaves and debris, the house itself was surface clean, but tile in bathroom has fuzz growing on it. Wifi doesnt work, ATT stated there was a past due bill. Boat lift doesnt work, talking with the neighbor he stated it hasnt worked in a long time, sadly thats the whole reason we are here! Sun porch roof leaks.. Pool started turning green, called vacasa 6 times, the lady from the pensacola office was amazing, she sent a tech over, surprise there was no pool filter.... Took 9 days to get that resolved, vacasa from perdido keys NEVER returned my call, the Wonderful lady from the pensacola office was to our rescue again. Front door doesnt seal all the way, so you have to leave the big door closed or lizzards go under the door, yes we learned the hard way! There is not three bathrooms, there is a broken toliet covered in bushes and weeds in an outhouse thing by the pool, this is the third bathroom vasca has listed as "outside" in their poorly edited ad! House has great potential just needs a serious deep cleaningand deep de cluddering and a new management company. Chairs in formal duning room are for display only, they are all broken. House is listed for sale and was shown during our vacation, so renter beware!

Property was a bit dumpy on screen porch and back yard.
Less than clean, also carbon monoxide detector was not working upon arrival. Called to have them serviced and after being told they would take a look at, no one ever called to schedule visit. Would not recommend. Over priced.
