My name is Andrew Jones and I consider myself Welsh - though I was born in England. I am married with a gorgeous wife and daughter. Since leaving school at 17 years of age, my career over the previous 26 years has been associated with electronics, IT, business and finance. About 10 years ago, my wife and I decided to purchase 2 properties. I live in Rogerstone, Newport, South Wales and for my sins support the local Rugby team - Dragons (always the under dog but a team that punches well above its weight).

In complete contrast to our property in Spain, we wanted a property where we could indulge in the sea and sun. On the other hand we didn't want to be woken by disco's all night and therefore opted for a location that is only a few kilometres from the lively town of Coral Bay YET is far away to enjoy the peace and quiet of the complex swimming pool.
The great advantage with the Marina Bay View development is the location. There is a super market about 5 minutes walk in the local town centre of Peyia. The local town centre caters for almost every requirement and includes many bars restaurants, takeaways, bakeries, fresh fruit and vegetables grocers, Pharmacies, Doctors etc. Yet the Marina Bay Development is situated in a very quite mountain side location, far away "enough" from the hustle and bustle of Coral Bay and Paphos
What a great base for discovering Cyprus. We had a great time exploring the region. The town-house was ideal and eating al fresco on the terrace with its wonderful views was just perfect. Mr & Mrs G Morris.

We found the townhouse very comfortable & clean and could not fault its situation within Peyia. Peyia itself is a real gem and we spent many hours exploring the town and surrounding areas. Coral Bay is approximately 5 minutes by car and is one of the outstanding beaches of Cyprus – European blue flag award, ideal for kids as the sands slope into the sea at a very shallow angle.
Paphos Airport is approximately 30 minutes by car. Car hire is advised and we recommend arranging this prior to departure for airport pickup. We can advise where to get a good deal. Driving is on the left as in the UK. Flights are available from most airports in the UK. Many airlines now fly directly to Paphos, including Easyjet, Cyprus airways etc. and fly from many UK destinations including Bristol, Manchester, Gatwick, Luton, Cardiff, Newcastle etc.
St Georges harbour, animal/bird park and Akamas Peninsula nature reserve only 10 minute drive.
The beautiful village of Peyia has several supermarkets and banks. There is a selection of local bars, restaurants and taverns. Peyia village is only a 5 minute walk. Peyia is an excellent base to explore the beautiful Troodos Mountains, archaeological sites, golf courses, Aqua Park and Go-Carting. Alternatively, for a more lively evening, the resort of Coral Bay is approximately 5 minutes downhill by car and has a wider selection of tourist bars, restaurants and nightlife. The local beaches of Coral Bay also provide water sports. The main resort of Paphos and its harbour is approximately 15 minutes away by car and has a huge selection of bars, restaurants and taverns.
