Situated on the outskirts of Tala village the apartment has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Ideally suited to a couple, 1 child/adult can also be accommodated on large sofa beds in the living room. Fully air-conditioned with fly screens and a WiFi internet connection. The balcony has impressive views of the sea and surrounding countryside and wonderful sunsets as the sun goes down. There are restaurants and tavernas in the village which is just a few minutes drive away. The nearest beach is just 6 minutes drive away.
I have always loved Cyprus from the first time I came on holiday in 1994. I decided to buy my first apartment there 2 years later. I then bought a property near Limassol, but have recently decided to move back to the Paphos area and now have the apartment in Tala.

Paphos is a lovely area of Cyprus. It is close to the Akamas, an area of outstanding natural beauty, with deep gorges a wild landscape and wide sandy bays. Lara Beach on the Akamas is a turtle breeding ground for the Green Turtle and Hawks-Bill Turtle. The impressive Troodos mountains are nearby, with unspoilt traditional villages. It is even possible to ski here in the winter. Paphos Forest and Cedar Valley are well worth a visit. Closer to Paphos there is Paphos Carting Centre, Paphos Aphrodite Water Park and the Tomb of the Kings a UNESCO world Heritage site.
Tala village is a traditional village within 15 minutes drive of Paphos. The village square has tavernas, restaurants and a village shop.
The apartment is within easy reach of Paphos, Coral Bay and a sandy beach is within 5 minutes drive. The apartment has a beautiful communal pool and wonderful views of the sea with breathtaking sunsets.
We are frequent visitors to Cyprus to see family. We know the area well and have stayed in different apartments over the years both with and without extended family. This apartment is in a fantastic location and only a 5 min drive to supermarkets and restaurants and especially helpful for us was also close to relatives who live on the island.
At the time of our stay (mid Sept) the apartments were quiet and there were no families. We enjoyed using the pool and loved the amazing view from the apartment.
The apartment was ideal for us and would certainly look to rebook for future holidays to Cyprus. We found it was fully equipped with everything we could need to make our stay comfortable. The wifi access was an added bonus which we welcomed.
Communication with the owner was excellent, and all emails were answered very promptly.
The nearest beach is 6 minutes drive, a small sandy beach with plenty of places for snorkeling too. Vardas Restaurant is at the beach and the sunbeds are free if you are a customer of the restaurant. Coral Bay beach is 10 minutes drive and beautiful Agios Georgios beach close to the Akamas Peninsular is 15 minutes drive.
Paphos Airport is 30 minutes drive away. A car is essential.
Tala village square is a few minutes drive.
Kato Paphos 15 minutes drive.
Paphos Bird and Animal Park 15 minutes drive.
Tomb of the Kings 15 minutes drive.
Paphos Water Park 20 minutes drive.
Paphos Go Carting Centre 20 minutes drive.

Explore the wild, untouched landscapes of the Akamas Peninsular or just enjoy the peace and quiet of the village, taking in the views and breathing in the fresh mountain air. Endless days spent enjoying the lovely beaches. Drive to Paphos to see the Tombs of the Kings and the incredible mosaics at the House of Dionysos.
There are tavernas, restaurants, mini market and a DVD rental shop in the village a few minutes drive away. A bit too far to walk as it is all uphill!

The cost is for the apartment NOT per person. A 25% deposit (non returnable) is required at time of booking. Preferred payment method is by direct transfer to my bank account. The balance is payable 28 days before the stay.
A damage deposit of 50 GBP is payable with the final payment. This will be returned to you, after the apartment has been checked, direct to your bank account.
Changeover day is flexible. Departure time is normally 10.00 am, but we may be able to accommodate a later time depending on the next booking. This will be confirmed nearer the time.

Prices are per week in UK pounds for the apartment, not per person. This includes air conditioning and wifi connection
