Willow Cottage is located in the heart of the pretty village of Redmile in the beautiful Vale of Belvoir - just 20 minutes from Nottingham. Outside eating area and BBQ. We think the best thing about the cottage is having a beautiful rural location with canal-side walking under the shade of the iconic weeping Willow tree, alongside the convenience of village amenities, being just a few steps from The Windmill, one of the best pubs in the Vale of Belvoir. Historic village location, just 2 miles from Belvoir castle. Excellent access to walking and cycling from the doorstep. Close to well-equipped village playground.

Lovely short break

Willow Cottage was a great accommodation find when planning a recent long weekend away to visit family. The property was well decorated & furnished, with good facilities & a well equipped kitchen. Thoughtful extras were available for use, such as an iPhone/iPod mini docking station, hair straighteners etc. Everything was nicely presented, clean & tidy, and welcoming provisions of eggs, milk, cake & bread were a sight for sore eyes after a long day spent on motorways! Pretty courtyard garden, with a nice canal walk literally on the doorstep, and situated in a quiet & attractive village. Although our stay wasn't for the purpose of sightseeing, the cottage is well situated for places such as Nottingham. I'd definitely recommend this as a good value, good quality, well located property!
