The holiday apartment boasts wonderful views to the Alcazaba fortress, Gibralfaro Castle and Malaga Cathedral, the Muelle Uno harbour and in the distance a stunning backdrop of mountains. The apartment is located just 300 metres from Malagueta Beach.

The holiday apartment in Malaga city has been well designed to optimise space. The holiday accommodation comprises of large room with a movable wall, to allow the holiday apartment to be divided into two separate rooms. During the day there is a living room with sofa bed, flat screen TV and dining table, plus open-plan, fully equipped kitchen and lovely bathroom with massage shower. During the evening you can separate the bedroom from the living area, which offers a fold-out double bed.

We can provide private secure parking for 15 € per day. The parking spot is situated 300 meters from the apartment.

Het appartement is erg mooi gelegen aan de haven in de leuke wijk Malagueta. Erg centraal gelegen , dichtbij strand en centrum. Het leuke vonden wij dat het appartement zich in een gebouw bevindt waar overwegend spanjaarden wonen, waardoor het niet overdreven toeristisch aandoet. Fantastisch uitzicht op de haven met plein en de oude stadsmuur (vooral bij nacht). Malaga is een erg gemoedelijke en ontspannen stad en het verblijf in dit appartement heeft daar zeer zeker toe bijgedragen.

But it includes everything you need for a perfect holiday, as it is a strategically good location. There is plenty of culture, city break, beaches, mountains and there are only 100 km to the Sierra Nevada, where you can ski. Or what about a trip to Granada and watch the world-famous castle Alhambra which is only an hour drive by car. Malaga is full of small bars and restaurants where you can enjoy various kinds of tapas and good wine. We warmly recommend the city for a perfect city break.

Great location; amazing view!

Juan's little apartment was well equipped. Very good internet connection. The view of the harbour is stunning especially at night. Great places to eat and good grocery shopping nearby. Easy walk to the market or the cathedral. The Murphy bed could best be described as satisfactory. Thank you Juan.

Great Views But Not Very Comfortable

First the good features. The view is marvelous! The location is very convenient. It is close to the beach and the harbor with a supermarket around the corner and buses close by. The use of te space is very creative.

The state of the decor needs attention. The photos do not reflect the current wear and tear. The ceiling has many spots where there is water damage. Two of the chairs are cracked and there is a general need for a bit of maintenance. The quality of the bed linen, pillows and towels could also do with an upgrade.

I stayed for a month. I tried twice to sleep on the bed but it was just too uncomfortable so I used the sofa.

I think I was unlucky as to timing as a neighbour was doing some construction so there was constant noise during the daytime. There was also a strange clicking sound inside the apartment.

Ideal for 2 / great location

This is a very practical apartment with modern furnishings, a/c , and a great view over Malaga harbor and the Alcazaba palace.

A bakery and supermarket are around the corner but it's a 15 min walk through a tropical garden to reach the city center or the market with fresh fish , vegies and fruits. Finally, you're 2 blocks from the Malagueta beach.

We bought a bus pass in a tobacco shop and getting around by bus was cheap and ptactical. The 16 bus takes you right to the Automobile museum located in an old tobacco factory.

Bijou with great views

Lovely clean compact studio apartment with great views of the port. Ideal spot for us attending a wedding nearby. Little supermarket round corner and loads of restaurant/bars to enjoy tapas and beers. It was a squeeze with three of us, but ideal for two adults. Well equipped and wifi too. Would happily recommend and stay again.
