Outside the apartment buildings although not overlooked by the apartment there are beautiful communal gardens available for the enjoyment of all residents and secure bicycle parking. The property is offered with secure underground parking and is situated just a 2 minute walk from Thames river and parks. For travel links, Kingston Station (National Rail) is nearby - only a brisk five minute walk. Buses are very frequent. The train journey is 20 minutes into London Waterloo with at least 4 trains per hour Mon to Sat. Wimbledon is a 15 minute journey - good for tennis fans! The apartment is located close to the open spaces of Richmond Park, Bushy Park, Home Park, the world famous Kew Gardens and King Henry VIII's Hampton Court Palace, which can be reached by river bus in just 15 minutes. The apartment is located moments from the banks of the River as well as walking distance from extensive shopping and entertainment facilities including the Bentalls Centre & John Lewis megastore. Kingston bars, cafes and shops.
Maggie & Giovanni love living in London - there's so much to do - you'll always have something exciting to plan for! We also love travelling ourselves and meeting new people and we try to get away as often as we can with our two boys (school holidays are the only limiting factor!). We decided to buy our apartment in Kingston-Upon Thames as we think it has the best of both worlds! An oasis on the edge of the City! Situated just a 2 minute walk from Thames river and parks (Close to open spaces of Richmond Park, Bushy Park, Home Park and Hampton Court Palace), Seven Kings Way is located moments from the banks of the River as well as walking distance from extensive shopping and entertainment facilities including the Bentalls Centre. Kingston bars and shops are on the doorstep. Some of London’s best Theme Parks are only a short train ride away! Central London is only 25 minutes by train bringing the buzz and excitement of the shops, theatres, clubs and cinemas to you in less than half and hour!
Being a gated apartment complex with a concierge facility means that security and safety are ranked highly in this wonderful private complex. The communal gardens bring a sense of ease and tranquility when you want to leave the hustle and bustle of the city far behind you. The apartments are very modern and so benefit from all the advantages of advanced building methods and technology in each dwelling. The private gym is another perk when you still have energy to burn after all the London sightseeing!
The apartment was very modern, very comfortable, and is very cozy. The nearest train station (Kingston) is just a 3 minute walk and travel to London is very convenient. The shopping in Kingston is amongst some of the best we have seen in London. The apartment is situated a short walk to the River Thames and stunning Richmond Park. We loved Kingston and didn’t want to leave at the end of our trip.
An unexpected oasis in the City! Thank you Maggie & Giovanni for a wonderful stay in your lovely apartment – we felt very welcome and very safe. The apartment is based in a luxury gated complex situated around two large and beautifully maintained landscaped gardens. The biggest benefit for us was the great shopping on the doorstep!

This apartment is really well located just 5mins walk from Kingston station and just a few minutes from buses, shops, restaurants and river. It is well furnished and has everything you need including car parking on site. It's on the first floor and mainly looks out onto other apartments but it does have access to shared gardens. It was really helpful to have a few essentials such as tea and milk provided on arrival.
What an absolute amazing location! Train, river, parks, pubs, shops on your doorstep! Highly recommend this apartment.

The flat was very comfortable and I found the location convenient - close to shops, railway station, supermarket, park. It was clean and all in good working order. It is not the easiest place to find at first, and you need a key to get into the complex, so wouldn't be ideal if you wanted visitors. On the other hand it feels very safe. The owners were very helpful and easy to deal with. It was very cold during my stay but the apartment was always warm and needed minimal heating.
Very nice and comfortable appartment at a toplocation. Kingston is a lovely markettown with easy access to London and the countryside.

We were very impressed with the apartment. It had everything our small family required and the location was fantastic. We were within walking distance to everything, and in the heart of Kingston. Maggie and Giovanni were lovely.
This is a fantastic place, very well kitted out and in the best location. Minutes walk from shopping, the river Thames, bus stops and the train station, with buses from Heathrow stopping literally outside the door. The flat itself is very secure, with a good gym and it has everything that you need in it.
We are a family of 4 (2 kids under the age of 6) and the flat was perfect.
We will be back!

The town centre has much to offer, it has a full Leisure centre with swimming pools and gym, museum, shopping, restaurants, night-life, large 14 screen cinema complex, bowling, river trips and historic market - all within walking distance. A boat trip to Hampton Court takes 15 minutes.

A 25% non-refundable holding deposit is payable at the time of booking and the balance may be paid using Owners Direct on-line payment facility any time up to 30 days before arrival. There is 100% loss of payment for cancellations within one month. You are encouraged to take out holiday insurance to cover the eventuality of cancellation.
There is a weekly 20.00 GBP charge for utility usage. A 50.00 GBP cleaning charge will be applied if the apartment is left in an unclean condition. Bookings are for a minimum of 7 nights - however bookings of shorter periods will be considered during low season.
Changeover day is generally a Sat/Sun. Check-in is from 15.00 & check-out is by 10.00. Weekdays can also be arranged however check-in is generally from 17.30 & check-out by 08.00. Please ask as we will try to be flexible.
Notes on prices:
A refundable security deposit of £100.00 is payable in cash at check-in and is refunded at check-out on confirmation of no damage.
