Villa in La Marina, Costa Blanca - Quiet Secluded Location Away From Main Road But Only Two Minutes Walk From All Amenities

This superbly appointed detached 4 bedroom villa sleeps up to 8 people and has its own private swimming pool. The villa has a large and secure garden, laid with plants and shrubs, as a well as a large terrace outside with BBQ. Ample garden furniture is provided. The property is in a quiet residential location but within a few minutes walk to numerous bars, restaurants, supermarket, banks and twice weekly outdoor market. The property is just a few minutes drive from numerous blue-flag beaches, but a local bus service is available for those who do not wish to drive. The property has English TV installed and air conditioning.

Notes on accommodation: The property is suitable for young children as it has garden walls all around and the exit gate is lockable. We provide a travel cot, high chair and stair gate for families with younger children. Outside: 8m x 4m swimming pool with steps into pool at shallow end. Outside pool shower. Outside patio area with BBQ. Outside lighting. Plenty of outdoor furniture including tables, chairs, umbrella and loungers. Secure off-road car parking. Terraced area outside lounge over-looking pool and BBQ with garden furniture. Large terraced balcony off bedroom 1 on first floor. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen is provided and is changed before each rental. Towels and tea towels are provided for use in the villa. No maid service is provided.

Fantastic family sized villa & huge private pool.

This was our second visit and it was just as good as the last time. Dave and Maxine are both so welcoming, they never bother you but are super helpful if you do need them. Perfect location 5 minutes walk to plenty of bars and restaurants. Also a huge thank you to David who takes us to and from the airport which can be arranged at the time of booking, he is a true gentleman. Thanks again to you all for another wonderful holiday. we loved the villa a large clean comfortable place with all that we needed will be book again

This is the second time we have stopped in the area and two years ago we stoped next door all run by the same people the hand over at the start and the finish was smooth and the villa like the last had all the things we required nice comfortable villa with plenty of space and hideaways so if you wish you could escape and have some quiet time to read of just a snooze plenty of shops, bars and cafes within a 5 minute flat walk do all you could need on your door step we will be booking again soon

Excellent villa and location. Home from home.

Beautiful villa, very clean and of a very high standard. Everything you need and plenty of space for 5 adults and 3 children. Pool is superb and a great size and well maintained. Lots of outside space for everyone. Great service from the owners. Ideal location with supermarket, bars and restaurants 2 minutes walk and more bars and restaurants a further 10 minutes walk. It was our second visit to the villa and we were not disappointed. Highly recommend the villa for families.

Home from home feel about this lovely villa.

Everything you would need for a very relaxing, comfortable holiday. Plenty of places to visit on this wonderful coastline. We found the correspondence before we went to be reassuring, knowing we would be picked up at the airport. Maxine the owner lives very close by and is on hand if you have any problems. Thank you for a wonderful family holiday where many memories were made.

Fabulous Villa, Kids loved the pool 🌞

Amazing Villa, made to feel so welcome we are a family of 8 with 3 younger children they loved the poo and the scrabble and Jenga games so were never bored. The Vila was spotless and so spacious. The bedroom decor beautiful really nice. Supermarket just two min walk away and places to eat out minutes away, The Hilside bar have a playground at the back with mini golf and a water park suited for the smaller ones my 3 year old loves it. We will def be back and have already recommended to family and friends, thank you Maxine and David for making us feel so welcome. Hope to see you again next year, Philomena and gang 😄

5 minutes drive to La Marina Blue Flag beach, pine forest and sand dunes where you will find restaurants on the beach.

Guardamar also has Blue Flag beaches alongside a promenade where cafes, restaurants and bars to suit every taste and budget can be found.


Alicante airport and Murcia/San Javier airport are approximately 30 and 45 minutes drive respectively.

A car is recommended if you wish to explore the area but for those who do not wish to drive, there is a local bus service to the beach which stops just a few minutes away from the property.


Benidorm is approximately one hour away by car where a number of theme parks can be found - Terra Natura (safari park), Terra Mitica (adventure rides), Aqualandia (Water Park) and Mundomar (marine and exotic animal park).

Santa Pola, just 20 minutes away, hosts Rio Safari which is a safari park more suited to younger children and the Pola Park fun fair which opens late during the high season.

Muricia and Elche are just two of the towns within 30 minutes drive well worth a visit.

Further Details:

The property is situated in a quiet residential area, but just a few minutes walk from numerous bars, cafes, restaurants, banks and supermarket. The twice weekly outdoor market is also just a very short walk away as well as a Saturday market about 20 minutes walk away.

A pharmacy, dentist and Medical Centre are nearby should these be needed.

Booking Notes:
After contacting owner to confirm availability, all correspondence is preferably done by email. This will include confirmation of booking and deposit payment details, conditions of rental, directions to property and details for payment of final balance. A security deposit of £200 is taken on arrival and returned as detailed in the terms of rental. The villa departure cleaning fee of €80 is also taken on arrival.

Changeover Day:
Saturday changeovers are preferred but we are flexible on this.
Arrival time is 16:00 and departure time is 10:00. We will of course, be flexible on this where we can, but this depends on other bookings. We will be able to store luggage if required.
