Wonderful

We were very warmly welcomed by our hosts Lynn, Ian and Alice who are very knowledgeable about the local area. The Villa was beautifully decorated with lots of teas and coffees to choose from and a kettle. Lovely fridge to store drinks and snacks in. Excellent breakfast served to suit us. Nothing was too much trouble, be it directions, advice on days out, offers to borrow beach umbrellas and towels. The pool is wonderful and clean. Lots to explore by car in the local area and then a very relaxed haven to return to. One of the most beautiful villas we have rented and certainly the most welcoming of hosts.

Vacaciones de relax

Necesitábamos unas vacaciones de relax y la verdad q lo hemos conseguido en este maravilloso sitio. Los anfitriones tanto Lyn como Ian son personas muy simpáticas y muy atentas. La casita es estupenda bonita sencilla pero muy acogedora. Y el jardín con piscina es de lo mejorcito. Gracias por la semana esperamos volver

My husband and I live here with our 23 year old daughter. We spend most of our free time exploring this beautiful area.We have made many local friends and have really fallen in love with the diverse country,the culture and the great people.

We love Tivenys because of the facilities in the area. . There are some beautiful beaches only a short drive away and a great range of bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here. The area is easily accessible with Reus airport less than an hours drive away.
This property is accesed of a main road and is just two minutes walk from the fabulous River Ebro and Ian loves to fish . We provide beach towels so you can make the most of the great beaches.

We look forward to meeting you and sharing this wonderful area with you.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property in May 2003. We knew we wanted to live by the River Ebro and not in an arrid area. Having spent many months researching the area and properties we finally found Casa Siempre a complete wreck in need of a lot of work, love and attention. It took two years of toing and froing before the restoration was completed. It is the perfect to Tortosa our local city,the village but far enough away for peace and tranquility.

What makes this property unique

The joy of staying here is the proximity to all the area has to offer yet the pleasure of being in a country location only two minutes away from the river.We have a private swim for those that wish to fish or just sit and contemplate the majastey of the Ebro river and surrounding mountains.Your accommodation is self contained with a sitting room, double bed room and shower room, it does not have a kitchen. So hang up your apron for a few days!!!It is private yet next door to our Catalan farmhouse allowing you the security of neighbours.
The 8x4 m pool is for your private use during your stay
Because we are just off the main road there are no difficult mountain tracks to negociate making very easy access day and night.
Easy parking outside your accommodation so no lugging cases around...
