In this elevated area of Sotogrande Alto, Los Cortijos de la Reserva enjoys panoramic views to Gibraltar, Puerto Sotogrande, the Mediterranean and Africa. There is a communal pool for the use of residents and guests which is only a short walk away (less than 1 minute), and our guests can also enjoy discounted entry to the fabulous Cucurucho Beach Club in Sotogrande. Walking distance to La Reserva GC and the stables at Sotogrande Hipica, it is 5 minutes drive from the beach and other facilities - supermarkets, restaurants, banks etc.

Sotogrande is a fantastic area for families and for people wishing to enjoy the outstanding golf courses and other activities. There are some beautiful beaches and the marina enjoys a range of bars and restaurants. There is something for everyone here. The area is easily accessible with Gibraltar airport 20 mins away and Malaga airport less than an hours drive away.
What makes this House unique
The properties are just a short walk to the fabulous La Reserva GC, and the beaches, restaurants and shops are all within 5 mins drive. We offer a 'home from home' environment within luxury houses furnished to a high standard. We provide all towels (including beach towels), linen and all the items you need so you can travel light, and for families with young children we are happy to arrange for nappies or baby food upon arrival. We are on hand to show you around the area, and there is a 'what to do where to go' file in both properties. Personal Service – we live in Sotogrande and are on hand to assist as much, or as little, as you wish. Our goal is for you to enjoy your stay and tell your friends!

Excellent Home Away from Home
We rented number 58 Los Cortijos for 5 weeks in October. The house is lovely and very well appointed - it truly is a home away from home. Our hosts Mark & Sarah were great. They answered our email enquiry promptly and provided lots of helpful information about the area. On the day we arrived Sarah met us, showed us the house and then took us on a tour of the area pointing out the supermarkets, beach club, the Port and other points of interest. Sarah had also compiled a manual for just about everything in the area which proved invaluable when looking for places to visit and for places to eat. Mark had lots of good suggestions for golf and we enjoyed many rounds at La Reserva which is the course just up the road. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and hope to be back again in the not too distant future.
Special interest holidays: We welcome families with babies and pre-school age children and have Mamas and Papas cot beds, highchairs, door gates, baby monitors, sterilisers etc and purchase nappies and baby food prior to guests' arrival. Coast/Beach: The Trocadero (formerly Cucurucho) Beach Club in Sotogrande, and adjacent public beaches, are a 5 minute drive. Other public beaches are 10 minutes drive, as is the Sotogrande Marina. Tarifa famed for its fabulous beaches, windsurfing and kite surfing is a 45 minute drive. Travel: Close to Gibraltar Airport (20 mins), Malaga (55 mins) and Jerez (70 mins), Sotogrande is ideally located for either short breaks or longer holidays. Car hire is essential and we can assist with arrangements with a local firm who offer competitive prices and transfers from and to Gibraltar and Malaga airports. Distances: Pueblo Nuevo is the nearest village for local shops and restaurants - less than 5 mins drive. Beach clubs, tennis and padel are less than 10 mins drive. Sotogrande Marina with bars, restaurants, shops, boat hire is 10 mins drive. Estepona 20 mins drive. Puerto Banus and Marbella are 40 mins drive. Tarifa and its beaches 45 mins drive. Booking Notes: 25% is payable upon booking, with balance payable 2 months prior to arrival. A security deposit of £350 is also payable prior to arrival which will be returned within 7 days of departure if no breakages etc. Changeover Day: We look to be flexible with arrival and departure days to enable guests to book best value flights and avoid busiest days. During peak season arrival and departure days are usually on, or around, the weekend. Notes on prices: Prices shown are for stays of 1 week, discounts for stays of 2 weeks or longer for all dates.
