North Yorkshire - This lovely, high quality and tastefully decorated accommodation comprises: ground floor with double bedroom, fitted kitchen and breakfast area. Shower room including shower, WC and wash hand basin. Cloakroom area with under stairs cupboard. Stairs leading to first floor living room including 2 sofas and TV with Freeview/DVD player, iPod docking station with CD player and radio. Wifi is available. Split-level bedroom area with double bed and built-in cupboards. Separate upstairs cloaks with WC and wash hand basin. Oil-fired central heating with radiators throughout. Use of large, well tended garden with furniture and car parking. The cottage is non smoking.

The well known coastal town of Whitby is approximately 1 hour 15 mins away.


Leeds/Bradford airport approx 25 miles. Use of car essential as no village shop. Excellent and convenient access to A1.


Edge of village with local pub. The market town of Boroughbridge with a wide range of facilities lies four miles to the north, with the ancient City of York and Spa town of Harrogate both within easy reach (approx 12 miles), closer still the remains of the Roman town of Isirium Brigantum (Aldborough - 3 miles).

Further Details:

Conveniently placed for a number of local racecourses eg Ripon (9 miles), Wetherby (12 miles), Thirsk (17 miles).

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
