Our Victorian town house is located in the heart of Cromer and was converted into three holiday flats as well as a two bedroom cottage with a great outside space in the form of Private decked patio.
The Cottage has a wonderful first floor balcony, perfect place to sit and have a romantic drink at the end of the day.
All our accommodation features Free WiFi. The cottage has rooftop views to the sea and church tower; all properties are just 100 yards from Cromer's award winning blue flag beach and traditional pier.
Literally 2 minutes walk to the town center.

We prefer a Saturday change over during the summer months and school holidays, otherwise we are flexible with change over days. low season, midweek breaks are welcomed and receive a discount.

Special interest holidays:
Cromer Carnival passes right past the Apartments and can be viewed from the bay window or Balcony. The carnival fortnight in 2015 is held from August 15th to August 21st, Carnival day is on the 19th. Early booking is essential for this period if you want to be in Cromer during carnival time.
Cromer's Award winning Blue flag beach is only a few minutes walk away at the end of the road. If you fancy venturing a little further the famous Holkham beach is a very short driving distance where apparently the Queen has been seen walking her corgis. Seal trips are available from Blakeney & Morston all year round.

Note on Pets: We do try to be pet friendly, but we ask that they are not allowed in the bedrooms. Also we stipulate and you agree that they are fully clean and not carrying any parasites. You will be responsible for all fumigation costs and any lost holidays. We're sorry about this but another owner has suffered a very costly experiance and several unhappy holiday makers becuase one family failed to de-flea their animal. Our properties are clean and pest free and we would like to keep them that way.
