Our luxury, first floor, 2 bed/2 bath apartment is located in a 3 storey apartment block in the Kyklades 5* complex in Kapparis. Kapparis, situated on the east coast of Cyprus, in the Protaras/Paralimni area, is an all-year resort with restaurants, bars and shops remaining open throughout the winter months. It is close to sandy beaches. The apartment consists of an open plan kitchen, living room and dining area. The master bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom, has a double bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. There is also a family bathroom, and a balcony with patio furniture which captures the morning sun. The 3 seater sofa can convert into a double bed to accommodate a further 2 guests if required.

Notes on accommodation: Air-conditioning/heating is provided throughout the apartment offering year round comfort. 2 hairdryers are also provided. A clothes maiden is provided to dry washing on the balcony but for more urgent drying there is a 'coin-in-the-slot' electric dryer on the ground floor of the apartment block. Outside: The Kyklades complex has 2 pools and a children's pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool bar is open in the summer months only. There is also a children's play area and a tennis court. The Wellness Centre consists of a gym (with complimentary use for guests), a spa and beauty rooms and the only Himalayan Salt Cave in Cyprus (extra charge to guests). WiFi is provided in the apartment. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment is cleaned before guests arrival and beds made up with fresh linen. All towels, including beach towels, are provided. If required, additional cleaning and laundry can be provided at extra cost from Property Services on site. Other: Just off the lounge is a balcony which captures the morning sun and is perfect for enjoying alfresco dining or for simply relaxing. Please note that this is a non smoking apartment and smokers are requested to smoke outside.

Lovely clean apt, everything you need

Nice clean & smart little estate, good size pool, its good that the balcony overlooks a melon field instead of other rooms & lovely morning sun.

Car: recommended

Coast/Beach:

There are 3 beaches within walking distance of the apartment. Ayia Triada is the nearest, a picturesque cove with a sandy beach, a small harbour and a church overlooking the bay. Malama Village beach has water sports and Fireman's Beach, the furthest, is a popular sandy beach which can get very busy. Although all are walkable, in the heat of summer, a car is welcome.

Travel:

The nearest airport is Larnaca, which is a 45 minute drive. A car is recommended but not essential. Beaches, shops, restaurants are within walking distance, there is an adequate bus service and there are taxis. Airport transfers can be arranged if required.

Distances:

Pernera is a 5 minute drive where there are more beaches and restaurants. The lively summer resort of Protaras and the beautiful Fig Tree Bay is only 4 kilometres away, a 10 minute drive. Ayia Napa with its world-renowned nightlife is a 20 minute drive or bus ride and the small town of Paralimni, with its boutique shops, cafe bars and the beautiful Agios Georgios church is also a 10 minute drive.

Further Details:

Cafe bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops populate the the main 'Kennedy Avenue' in Kapparis. Kennedy Avenue used to be the main road to Famagusta (the ghost town) but now the road leads to the buffer zone between North and South Cyprus.

A booking form, together with Terms and Conditions of rental will be sent on enquiry. The completed booking form is required when making a booking together with £50 for each week booked. The full balance is payable 6 weeks prior to departure.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day can be any day. The earliest arrival time is 15:00 and vacation of the property no later than 11:00 on departure day. Late checkouts are at the discretion of the owner or management.

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
