The location is perfect for golf lovers, with the exclusive Aphrodite hills championship golf course resort and Secret valley golf course both less than 5km away from Aphrodite Sands and the new Elea golf course designed by Nik Faldo.

About The Owner

I live in Edinburgh with my husband Stuart. We bought in Paphos as we fell in love with the island and wanted to invest we choose Mandria because we thought it was very quaint and it is close to golf courses and sea and easy drive to Paphos town. Waterside developments is one of the best developments in Paphos with its 5 star resort and spa you will not be disappointed we think it is stunning.

Fantastic spa facilities, great size pools and the maisonette is very spacious, the local town is friendly and great food, very close to beach and airport and supermarket walking distance.

I have been to this part of cyprus many times and love the area, this property is a perfect location, walking distance to the quiet village, local bars, restaurants and to the beach.But also a short drive to Pathos where you have a busier lifestyle. The property is set in beautiful gardens and two huge swimming pools as well as access to the Spa and Gymn. The property has a unique decor and is very well equipped, patio opening out into the gardens and pool area and parking at the front of the property. I would recommend this property it's suitable for young families in the busy periods and couples who may just want a quieter holiday later or earlier in the year.

Stunning, beautiful location

Property is 5 star, just came back from a lovely relaxing week. The owner could not do enough for us. The property was spotless. The village of Mandria has couple of restaurants within walking distance of the property. There is also supermarket about 5 minute drive. The property has everything you will need. Would recommend this property, we will go back again next year

Second visit to the maisonette. Well appointed and maintained. Excellent base with some good walks and near the beach. Paphos, The Troodos and Limassol within easy reach by car. Nearby village has good

Taverns and restaurants.

Just what we were looking for

We were looking for a relaxing destination for ourselves and my wife's elderly parents and found it here in Cyprus. With two bedrooms, the property is well furnished and maintained, with en suite facilities and a separate bathroom making it ideal for two couples. The kitchen and lounge dinning area is comfortable and welcoming. Set in a small and pleasant complex in a pretty village, there were all the amenities we needed including a shop, bars and restaurants. Close to the airport but away from the noisy night life of Paphos this was the perfect choice for us although we did have a hire car to give us the freedom to tour the island - there is only so much time you can spend by the pool and in the spa. I suspect teenagers may wish to have closer access to the night life in town but for us and probably for a young family this property and the facilities that the nearby village provided were ideal and I hope to return again next year.
