Situated in a tranquil tree-lined street Lion’s View is a five-minute stroll from the Beach, shops and restuarants.

Lion’s View is divided into two sections; the five bedroom Main House and the two bedroom Penthouse Apartment. Guests can opt for either or combine them to form an ultra luxurious seven-bedroom villa.

There’s under-floor heating and air-conditioning in selected areas. As you’d expect from a five-star property the house has all the mod-cons including iPod docs, smart TV and complementary WiFi internet.

About Marie-helene Schaap

I'm originally a Hydrographic Surveyor from the Netherlands but after living in London with my partner (from Rochdale) for a couple of years we decided to escape to South Africa in 2006 to set-up and manage the family hospitality business. We currently own and operate three properties. Lalapanzi Lodge in the Cape Winelands, Skaaphouse in the Cape Winelands and Lion's View in Camp's Bay, South Africa.

We also established our own vineyard here and are a small wine producer in South Africa. Skaap wines. You can try our bubby on arrival!

We'd fallen for the country, especially the Cape Town area where we now live. We love it's Mediterranean climate. It's amazingly delicious food. And even better wines. The people are friendly. The service is generally good. Everywhere you go there are amazing views. You're never far from a beach. And the pound/euro still goes a long way.

What makes this apartment unique

The house also has a very relaxing feel. We can just swim, read, listen to music and braai (bbq) in absolute comfort.
