Custom Multi Million Dollar Mountain Modern home. 3950 Sq. FT. with 4 Bedrooms , 4.5 Baths, plus two Gas Fireplaces. Master Bedroom is upstairs with King Bed and Steam Shower. Jr. Master is Downstairs with King. 3rd. Bedroom has King. 4th. Bedroom is a Bunk Room that has an extra long twin on top. Queen on the Bottom and under Queen there is a Trundle Bed with an extra long Twin. Each Bedroom has a Flat Screen TV. There is an Office right next to Master Bedroom with a Queen Sleeper with a high density Foam Mattress. There are two Living areas one upstairs and one downstairs. The Downstairs Sectional has a Queen Sleeper in it. Gourmet Kitchen has gas Stove, Oven, Convection Oven Microwave, Sub Zero Fridge, 2 sink areas. Outside when the weather is nice there is a Gas BBQ Grill on the upper deck along with outside dining furniture. Lower Level outside there is a Gas Fire Pit, as well as a Hot Springs 7 person Hot Tub. The Hot Tub also has Bluetooth Speakers so you can play your favourite music. The view of the Blue River is great from the backyard during the Spring / Summer. There is a 3 car garage for parking your vehicle. There is also a Free Shuttle Bus that runs from 6:15 AM - 11:15 PM at the end of the Drive. It will take you to the Ski Area or into Town. If you are traveling with a baby we have a high chair as well as a Pack 'n Play Playard that sets up in less than a few minutes. It comes with removable bassinet. New for 2016/2017 Ski Season 16 Pair Boot and Glove Dryer!!

Great house

Master bedroom was great. Several zones of heating throughout house. Heated flooring nice. Big hot tub. Large garage with glove and boot warmers. Well maintained and upscale decor. Fits large group comfortably. All the amenities needed for a ski resort home

Amazing week!

We had rented this place over Christmas. It truly was amazing! Super close to the bus, but you could also walk to town. Jay's wife decorated this house the the T! It was fabulous. I really loved how all of the floors were heated and dried up any residual snow tracked into the entrance immediately. They decorated for us which was really a nice touch for the holiday. Thank you Jay for being so great. Adam

Perfect getaway for a group

This home originally seemed too good to be true. I was actually fearful it would end up being a VRBO scam and we would show up and not have a place to stay! But, alas, that was not the case. The home was as gorgeous as the photos showed and other reviewers described. It was very well decorated and maintained. We had plenty of space for our 2 families (we could have taken on another 8 people comfortably!). You can tell the owners took great care in ensuring their guests have everything they need. I usually use how well the kitchen is stocked to judge this, and they had every appliance, utensil, pan, etc that we could have asked for. It was VERY clean and comfortable. We have already discussed coming back next year, unfortunately the calendar for booking doesnt go out that far, but I can say with confidence we will be back.

On a side note, Jay did reach out to us within a few hours of us checking in to make sure we made it OK and everything was as expected -- this was above and beyond and we appreciated he was so easy to communicate with.

Nothing but 5 stars to give this place! Loved it!

Beautiful stay in Breckenridge

We are repeat customers of this home, which just about sums up how we feel about it. The home is beautiful, very clean, well organized with a superb layout for families. The owners have thought of everything so your stay is seamless from the moment you enter to when you have to depart. The location is great as well, with the free shuttle stop only a brief walk away. The owner, Jay Alley, is on top of every detail and very helpful with local area tips to boot. Highly recommend!

Jay and Annette grew up in West Texas and have lived in the DFW area for 29 years. We have been coming to Summit County for almost 25 years. This is our first Mountain home and we are happy to share it with you.

The house also has the Blue River running through the back of the property. There is something for everybody in Breckenridge whether it is in the Winter or enjoying the Fabulous Colorado Summers.

This is not your average Mountain Cabin. It is one of a few Modern Mountain Homes with a Rustic yet Contemporary Feel. There are only a few properties that can say the Blue River runs through it. This house has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation.

The Blue River is known for Great Trout Fishing. It is know for Rainbow Trout as well as Brown and Brook Trout. Check with a local Guide for permits and the best fishing spots. There are many Bike Trails and you can rent a bike in town and take a scenic ride.

There are also old Gold Mines where you can take Guided Tours.
