The beach is part of the 'Golden Mile' and is a Blue Flag beach. The Marina offers a great choice of bars and restaurants - sipping cocktails, watching the world go by, enjoying traditional spanish tapas as the sun sets or your favourite Indian or Chinese meals. Close by is La Duquesa Golf & Country Club.

Great apartment in ideal position
THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE BEEN TO THIS APARTMENT AND ARE GOING AGAIN IN AUGUST THIS YEAR.IT IS RIGHT IN THE CENTRE OF THE HUB OF THE MARINA.YOU CAN PEOPLE WATCH ON BALCONY AS THEY EAT IN THE RESTAURANTS BELOW .THE SMELLS FROM THE RESTAURANTS ARE GORGEOUS.THE APARTMENT IS WELL EQUIPPED IF YOU WANT TO EAT IN.THERE IS A GREAT ROOF TERRACE WITH HOT TUB FOR SUNBATHING OR HAVING A BARBECUE WITH VIEWS OF THE MARINA.YOU WILL ALSO FIND A LONG SOFA WITH BIG TABLE ON ROOF TERRACE WHICH IS COVERED IF YOU WANT TO GET OUT OF THE SUN.WE LOVE THE PLACE,NO NEED TO DRIVE ANYWHERE AS YOU HAVE EVERYTHING WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE.GREAT PLACE.
We've just returned from our holiday at this apartment and I can highly recommend it! It is in the perfect location, just on the marina (the beach, bars and restaurants are just a stroll away), and the views are absolutely stunning from the balconies. It has absolutely everything you could wish for in terms of facilities, a real home from home, and the hot tub is a luxury addition! The owner Sue has been such a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I can't wait to go again!

We had a great holiday in Duquesa and the apartment made it all the better , accommodating five men with no complaints for the first time ! One of the best apartments in the marina and would totally recommend for location and quality.
Fantastic apartment that we keep going back to
We keep going back to this fantastic apartment as it is hard to find anyware better, it has anything you could ask for in a holiday apartment, perfect location, you don't need a car as everything is on your doorstep, beach, restaurants and lots of good pubs. the apartment is very clean and well maintained the owner is easly contacted, it is a good base for exploring the Costa Del Sol from. we would not hesitate in recommending the apartent to friends and family.and we are looking forward to returing once again for a great holiday in the near future.

The apartment has everything you need and more.
The rooftop inside/outside area is perfect for relaxing/sunbathing/cooling down in the tub/dining. We never used the lounge.
A car is not needed as bars/restaurants/beach/shops are all outside your front door .
There were 5 of us 33-86yrs of age. Perfect for everyone.
We will definitely return if there are any vacancies.
Coast/Beach: The apartment leads directly onto the marina with a five minute walk to the beach. The beach is a blue flag and forms part of the 'golden mile' and is never crowded. There is a beach bar ideal for food or just a jug of Sangria. Equipment hire is available together with beach showers. Travel: The main airport is Malaga at 55 minutes drive with easy access and car hire facilities. Gibraltar airport is nearly 30 minutes away. Taxis are available but car hire is recommended to see the area. Distances: Day trips are available from the booking office in the port. Casares, a beautiful white-washed Andalucian mountain village is 15 minutes by car. Ronda is only an hour away and is one of the most beautiful moorish towns in Spain. It is split in two by the El Tajo gorge. The bullring is the oldest in Spain. Gibraltar is also worth a visit with it's chequered history and many attractions. Tarifa is only 45 minutes away which is a world renowned watersports beach. Further Details: The Marina has a variety of great bars and restaurants. You can be away from your apartment to be comfortably seated at a waterside bar in two minutes. Great for early happy hour offers and for the children to feed the fish by the marina. Marine activities include swimming, sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing, whale and dolphin watching and sea fishing. There are gift shops, DVD hire and internet cafes. Outside market stalls during main season. The next village has banks, a pharmacy and supermarkets.

Booking Notes: 25% deposit of total payable. Remaining balance to be paid 5 weeks prior to the departure. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer. £100 refundable security deposit payable to be held until safe return of apartment. Prices are for 6 people additional charge £100 per person for 7 th and 8 th guest . Changeover Day: Saturdays but with some flexibility Notes on prices: Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Offers on longer lets . Give us a ring and we will see what we can do. Christmas and New Year - Prices on application.
A deposit of 25% payable on booking. Balance due 5 weeks before commencement of holiday.
