We had many holidays in the Balearic's and fell in love with cala ferrera and cala dor, we chose this ground floor property because of the easy access to the facilities in the area including the local beach which have life guards and is a 5 minute walk from our apartment, we have many restaurants/ shops within walking distantance

Nice property

We are a family of 5 and we stayed in this property in August 2017. 4 of us used the single beds which were very comfortable, and our youngest slept on a futon which is in the lounge area and can be opened out when needed at night. The apartment was a good size for us, and I especially liked the fact that the patio was in shade at certain times of day, giving some relief from the direct sun. The apartment is in a good spot on the eastern edge of Cala D'Or, with the beach less than 10 minutes' walk away, the main marina only a 5-10 minute drive, and a small grocery store on the road opposite the apartment complex. Paul and Linda are good owners, always responding promptly to email enquiries, which was a great help. We loved this part of Mallorca and would definitely consider returning in the future.

Absoloutely wonderful - home from home

This is our second visit to this beautiful property situated on a quiet complex a stones throw away from the beaches at Cala Ferrera and Cala Serena.

The apartment is spacious and well equipped, there are non of those awful sofa come beds that you find in aparthotel, instead you will find well furnished rooms that are comfortable and immaculately clean.

The kitchenette has everything you need to prepare basic meals with a fridge, toaster, kettle, two ring electric hob and microwave and all the pots, pans and cutlery and utensils that you need. There is also a washing machine which is a godsend when travelling on limited baggage with young children!

Situated in a corner plot the apartment has a veranda and patio furniture, washing airer and washing line. The thing our boys love best is the 'treasure chest' where previous guests leave their beach fodder - meaning we rarely have to buy pool inflatables, buckets, spades etc - but if we do, it all ends up in the box!

Another lovely touch with this apartment is that the cleaner leaves all the toiletries, non perishable food and drink. It's great to arrive to find two cold beers in the fridge and a tube of aftersun (that you neglected to pack)!

Surpassed all expectations!

Currently sat on the patio of this wonderful property half way through our first week here. Absolutely fantastic! The apartment has everything that a family of 5 would want. Very clean and well appointed, with little added bonuses that make it for me, such as freesat tv. Communal pool is of a good size and clean with sufficient sunbeds. Beach is only a 10 minute walk away and the nearest supermarket is literally at the back of the complex. Can't speak highly enough of this, Paul and Linda have been available throughout the process, from the initial booking to when we arrived and during our stay. Excellent value for money!

Excellent holiday property

This property is well kept extremely clean, it is located in a gorgeous part of Majorca I have no faults with this apartment and would recommend it to anyone who wishes to have a relaxing holiday with everything you could need not far from your door. Excellent value for money and a real pleasure

Local beach is a 5 min walk from the apartment, very shallow gradient to beach area, sun loungers with umbrellas/ pedalos are available for hire, beach bar/restaurant and small supermarket, public toilets and children's play area.

There is also a life guard during the summer season.

Travel:

Palma is the nearest airport with a 45 min drive. Taxis are available at the airport rank. If you require assistance to pre-book a local taxi or car hire please advise when making your booking.

Distances:

Nearest town is Cala Dor approx 10 min walk. Nearest large town with market is Felinitx approx 15 min by car (local bus stop to this town is available..2 min walk from the apt ).

El salvador is 15 min drive and has a 13th century monastery, free entry into monastery and church, modern cafe area and gift shop.
