There is a lift within the complex for ease of access. Transfers from airports can be arranged if required. Large swimming pool (with jacuzzi in summer) for all ages, 3 tennis courts (floodlit) and B. B. Q area. Plenty of safe playing areas for children. The beach is a 5 min walk with a Marina nearby and has stunning views of the coastline. Set in the nearby town Torrevieja you can visit the water park, funfair, markets, clubs, port, also paragliding, karting and fishing. New supermarket, bars and restaurants are within a 2 minute walk. There are 5 golf courses within a 10 min drive, Las ramblas, Campoamor, Villamartin. Las Colinas and la Romero. There is allocated underground car parking if you wish to rent a car. It's a 20 min drive from Murcia airport and 45 mins from Alicante. There is a 24 hours Medical Centre.10 minute walk. Chemist, Internet shop, Bank & Tourist office close by.

Why The Owner chose Cabo Roig

While visiting my daughter and her family in Spain I became aware of the benefit of having so much sunshine that I decided to visit more often and see my daughter and two grandchildren.

They live just ten minutes drive from my apartments in Cabo Roig.

What makes this apartment unique

I like my apartment for a lot of reasons, like being so near to Murcia and Alicante airports, the beaches, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, golf clubs and important places of interest. It is just so easy to get to everywhere and it is very comfortable. I now have another apartment in the same complex which is the same as the above, except it is South facing and has a 60 square meter roof terrace with table and chairs (you can have sun or shade).Sat TV, music system. WiFi AVAILABLE ON REQUEST only.

Thanks for a great time at your apartment. I would highly recommend this apartment, it has everything you need from a cooler bag with ice packs to a flask. Home from home. I would not hesitate to use this apartment again. Mr Ferguson the owner was so helpful and his daughter Anne who lives nearby is on call 24/7 for any help you may need. Notes on accommodation: We make every effort to make your stay in the apartments and area as enjoyable as possible. Could you please try and leave the apartment as tidy as possible when you leave. This would be very much appreciated . Thank you. Outside: No 1 Balcony overlooking 3 tennis courts/BBQ area/children's play area and stunning garden and sea views. Large swimming pool with jacuzzi, (summer season) suitable for all ages. No 2 also has the use of all outdoor amenities in the complex.

Lovely apartment

3 Us Stayed here for 8 nights and had a wonderful time. The apartment had everything that you would need or want. The lovely Ann picked us up from the airport and showed us around and we met Gerry the owner . The pool is beautiful and cooling . I would use this apartment again with no worries .

Approx 5 min walk from the Complex to the nearest sandy beach. There are several Beaches and a Marina with nice scenery just a stroll from the apartment.Murcia airport is approx a 20 min drive and from Alicante it is approx 45 mins. Arrangements can be made for airport transfers if required.

The bus stop is 2/3 min walk from the complex.Torrevieja is approx a 15 min drive. It is a busy town with lots of shops and a market. There are markets every day in various areas within easy reach. There is a list of Market days and locations in the apartments. There is a market every Thursday just at the top of the street by the Medical Centre by Calle del Mar.

Supermarket, Bars, Restaurants, small Shops, Bank and Internet shop are a 2 minute walk from the complex.Medical Centre at top of street 10 minute walk.
