We live in Woking, Surrey in England, we have 4 adult children between us.

Angie and I work extremely hard and we love to travel as much as we can, our second home is in Portugal where we enjoy the beautiful beaches, the very friendly people and great weather. We are constantly up-grading or improving our apartment for every one`s comfort, we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!!

We have been holidaying in Portugal for the past 21 years. We had dreamt of owning our own home in Portugal one day when In the summer 2005 we were browsing around, window shopping in a local real estate agents and we showed some interest in one bedroom apartments, but not really intentionally going to buy but the estate agent told us he had just the property for us, he took us to view this apartment, instantly we fell in love with it so we proceeded to purchase it, The accomodation and location are just perfect!!

Our apartment faces the south, It's ideally located to all amenities no need for a car.

It is a safe and secure, comfortable, home from home, and larger than average 1 bedroom apartment.

We have beautiful private well maintained gardens and a lovely swimming pool.

Notes on accommodation: Additional oil filled heaters are in the apartment if required. The apartment doesn't require air-conditioning, it stays cool inside and has high ceilings, we don't allow smoking in the apartment, ashtrays are provided to smoke outside on the balcony only if necessary. Wi-Fi reception good with Vodafone portable dongle. Outside: Private well maintained gardens, maintained large private pool 1.2 - 2.0 metres deep New pool just completed 03/11, loungers and chairs. Free non restrictive parking outside apartment. Fantastic stay

The apartment is extremely clean, stylish and well equipped. Location great for the old town and the strip with the beautiful sandy beach being an easy stroll. Good restaurants within easy reach enjoyed the food and entertainment at Johnnys bar. Pool area clean and peaceful. Owners very helpful and happy to offer advice. Fantastic !

The apartment was beautiful and very spacious! The balcony was the highlight - you could see the sea

Apartment had absolutely everything you could ever need on holiday - particularly the kitchen had lots of utensils. And the bed was so comfortable. The pool was lovely and very quiet. A car definitely not necessary, my friend and I walked everywhere. 5 minutes to the strip and 20 minutes to the old town. About 10/15 minutes to the beach dependent on what part you want to go to and a stones throw from a supermarket so very handy! Also lovely Greek restaurant just down the street from the apartment highly recommended. Angie was easy to communicate with and always lovely. Would recommend and would stay here again. Perfect for couples and even families if the kids don't mind a sofa bed!

FANTASTIC APARTMENT IN A PERFECT LOCATION

JUST ARRIVED BACK FROM OUR MINI BREAK IN PORTUGAL HAD A FANTASTIC TIME AND WE STAYED IN A WONDERFUL APARTMENT.VERY MODERN AND IN A GREAT LOCATION.THE OWNERS REALLY CATER FOR ALL YOUR NEEDS AND WAS A STONES THROW FROM THE STRIP WHICH MY SON REALLY LOVED.IT WAS OUR FIRST TIME IN PORTUGAL AS WE ALWAYS GO TO SPAIN,BUT WOULD COME BACK AND WOULD DEFINITELY RENT THIS APARTMENT AGAIN .THANKS FOR A GREAT STAY .

BRILLIANT LOCATION AND ACCOMODATION

This apartment is in the perfect location only 2 minutes from the strip and you can also enjoy a good nights sleep. The old town is a 15 minute walk away and is also great for night life. The apartment has everything that you need and is very well furnished. We tried Jonny Hoopers restaurant only 5 mins walk and had a fantastic meal there worth googling. overall 10 out of 10 will definitely be back. Helen and John

High spec apartment,great location

My husband and I are just back from two weeks here. The apartment ticked all the boxes with top furnishings and linen. The kitchen had everything we needed and a nice south facing balcony.Although only a 5 minute walk from the strip it was a really quiet apartment. Loved the super king sized bed, such a good sleep. The pool area was very clean and plenty of loungers at any time of day. Only a few minutes from the local supermarket and the bread/cake shop round the corner was amazing and so reasonable. I would love to stay here again, I could not fault it at all.

Fabulous apartment in great location

Had a great 2 weeks holiday in this lovely apartment, which was ideally situated for all our favourite bars and eating places on the strip. It is in a very quiet area, yet just a 5 minute stroll to the middle of the strip.

The apartment was great, and has everything you need.

We went to the pool area every day, and there were always sunbeds available.

Thanks to Angie & Kevin for all your help.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks holiday, and would definitely stay here again.

Wish we were still there !

Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

Beautiful sandy beaches, 10/15min leisurely walk to local beach, A short taxi ride or 20 min walk or 15min ride on the road train to Fishermans Beach in Old Town, other secluded beaches best accessed by car

Travel:

Faro Airport is 25mins away, car not necessary as transfer can be arranged, however a car is a great advantage to discover traditional Portugal, beautiful beaches and breath taking scenery.

Distances:

2min walk to the infamous strip full of shops, bars and restaurants, Old town is only 5/10min taxi ride or 20min walk or by roadtrain which makes several stops, excursions to most attractions can be organised on the strip and most will collect you from the apartment.

Further Details:

Everything you need is on your doorstep, taxi rank 2 min walk. Road train 4 mins walk away takes you to Old Town every 20mins, 2 mins walk to local freshly baked bread, pastries (the best in town!!) open 7 days a week. Lots of attractions and excursions to suit the whole family.
