Quality 4 double-bedroom, 3 bathroom detached villa, air-conditioned throughout with private garden and terraces on a gated complex of seven villas with a shared pool. Located in the tranquil resort of Torba and commanding panoramic sea views, the villa is 10 mins walking distance from Torba beach and restaurants and only 15 mins by car or bus from the centre of historic Bodrum with its vast choice of restaurants, bars and shops. The villa is an easy drive from Bodrum airport approximately 35km to the north. Car hire is therefore not essential. Please note this is a no smoking villa.

                                              • Notes on accommodation: Air-conditioning is provided in the lounge/kitchen area and all bedrooms. This facility also provides heating in the cooler months as does the working log fire in the lounge. There is a house alarm for added security and a site caretaker and manager are available should you have difficulty with the accommodation. Outside: There is a private walled garden at the lower ground floor level and a private small grassed area to the side of the villa which provides instant access to the communal swimming pool. The pool, shared with the other 6 villa owners, is 15x7m. There is also a poolside shower. The villa has 8 sun loungers with mattresses and a heavy based umbrella. A fold-away table tennis table with bats and balls is available for private use on lower ground terrace. Utility Room: Washing machine, iron/ironing board, clothes airers, vacuum cleaner and other cleaning equipment plus storage space for suitcases. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The property is cleaned throughout prior to guests arrival. Bed linen, bath and hand towels and tea towels are provided. Additional cleaning/linen change is available on request for a small charge. Other: The covered terrace has an extending dining table and chairs seating 8, sofa and 2 chairs seating 4, coffee table, sea views. On the lower level, the garden terrace has ceiling fans, cafe style tables and chairs for 8, plus a folding table tennis table.

                                                Coast/Beach: The beach at Torba is a short 10 min walk from the villa. It comprises soft sand extending to pebbles at its outer reaches. The sea is calm and clear though pebbly on entry. Water sports are available. There are a couple of beach clubs providing umbrellas, sun loungers and refreshments during the summer season and, when not busy, the boutique hotels may also offer their facilities as long as you buy your drinks from them. Further round the bay is a small harbour from which boat trips depart. Travel: Bodrum airport is served by a number of UK tour operators (Thompsons, Thomas Cook, Easy Jet, Monarch, etc) from many UK airports. There are lots of taxis at the airport or we can help you arrange a pick up from the airport or car hire for the duration of your stay. There is a dual carriageway all the way from the airport to the villa (about 35km) and transfer time is usually about 25 minutes. The villa is well served by the local bus (dolmus) and a car is not essential for your stay. Distances: Bodrum is just 6km from the villa and easily reached in 10 minutes by car, dolmus (bus) or local taxis. Further Details: Torba, nestled in a steep bowl of pine woods and olive groves, lies around a pretty bay edged with a beach of soft sand extending to pebbles at its outer reaches and with calm crystal clear waters beyond. At the western end of the bay is a small working harbour which, in the high season, sees luxury yachts moored alongside local fishing boats as Torba’s popularity with Turkey’s rich and famous has grown. Torba is a perfect destination for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing environment yet needing to remain within a short dolmus (bus) ride of all the amenities and action of Bodrum and neighbouring resorts. Torba’s seafront is dotted with several attractive low rise hotels, the occasional bar, beach club and several restaurants, ranging from the simple to the sophisticated, all of which create a surprisingly Mediterranean atmosphere. With the sandy beach and calm, clear sea, this is an excellent place to swim, sunbathe and relax. Further beaches and tiny coves can be found along the western stretches of Torba’s coastline. For the more energetic, a variety of water sports is available from the main beach. For those wanting to do a spot of local sightseeing, the ruins of a Byzantine monastery can be found on the east side of the bay. There is also a daily ferryboat service across the unspoilt Gulf of Gulluk to Didim where the famed Temple of Apollo can be seen. Traditional gullet trips and other excursions can be arranged at the seafront. For those who want to see more than Torba, the Bodrum peninsula has many resorts, each with a different character and all within easy reach by car or dolmus from Bodrum, making them ideal for a day trip or an alternative venue for lunch or a night out. The peninsula has many pretty bays and villages, some barely discovered by tourists.

                                                Damage Deposit

                                                Booking Notes: A provisional booking can be made by telephone or email and will be held for 10 days, to facilitate flight arrangements, booking form completion and deposit payment. A non-refundable deposit of £150 per week is required to confirm bookings. The balance must be paid not less than eight weeks prior to departure date. If a booking is made within eight weeks of the departure date, payment in full must be made at the time of booking. A refundable security deposit of £100 will also be required. Cancellation charges are on a sliding scale between 8 weeks prior to booking start date (loss of deposit) and 4 weeks prior to booking start date (no refund). Changeover Day: Our preferred changeover day is Monday but we will try to be flexible where necessary. Access to the villa is from 16:00 on the first day of rental and it must be vacated by 12:00 on the agreed departure date unless special arrangements have been agreed. Notes on prices: Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
