a beautiful flat but a horrible view

the flat is very pleasant but the seaview is wrong. there was a building in construction in front of the flat so we could not see the sea. and we paid to have a panoramic view. we are disappointed and the owner have to change the photos. I inform homeaway.uk

Owner's Response: This is a very beautiful apartment indeed - as can be seen from the many 5 Star Reviews we have had over the past 6 years. Unfortunately, after this Customer Booked a new Apartment Block of 3 Stories has been built in front of our Apartment. Our apartments are on the 4th Floor and on higher ground levels - but it still blocks our direct sea views - leaving only partial direct views instead of panoramic views. As you might imagine during construction, the scaffolding & noise created during this Customers stay was a negative experience indeed. However, once the Block has been finished, painted, planted - normality will return, - estimated in May 2017 - when new Photos will indeed be posted on our Advert. Apologies for this inconveniene.

Excellent stay in beautiful Lagos

This apartment is very nice, great furnishings, beautiful seaview from the balcony. Pool is a bit small, but adequate when you are the only ones in it. The town is not a short walking distance , it is quite a hike. Beach is very nice, and has nice restaurant. There is ample parking outside the appartment. The town is a short drive with affordable parking at Praca Darmas entrance. Do yourself a favor do not drive inside the town, it's very narrow streets and too many pedestrians. Enjoy it by walking the streets, much better. Great amenities, and really has everything you need to feel at home on holidays. The supermarket is close by only a 5 min drive. Overall we had an amazing stay. Pool is not heated so that was also a bit of a negative because we hit a cooler week. However it was refreshing on a very hot day. Overall I loved it! The area is quiet its not in the heart of the town, so it's great if you want the quiet but you can go into the action at any time.

This Penthouse apartment is on the Top Floor of the only 4 storey Building in Porto de Mos complex.

It has panoramic views of the surrounding area from it's balcony. Beautiful sunsets, boats, sand, al fresco dining and BBQ.

The apartment is 300 metres from the Sea, restaurants and bar.

Bus service into Lagos every 30 Minutes - bus stop is close to Beach area. Beside this area - you also have a Picnic Are + Football Pitch.

Lagos' fish restaurants, shops, hairdressers, Municipal Market ( fruits, veg, fish and meats), churches,museums,

Marina and the beautiful sea promenade (stretches along the seafront for a few kilometres) is a short walk away. Taxis are extremely cheap and bring you to the centre of Lagos for 5 Euro.

Water parks are located on the A 22 motorway and buses go there almost every hour.

Golf courses abound in the area - boa Vista, Alto, Penina, etc.

Situated 300 Metres from Porto do Mos beach.

It is a seaside suburb of Lagos - with Bus connections to Lagos from the Beach front.
