Compass Bay is located on side of US Highway 192 which allows excellent access to all of the major attractions and golf courses that Orlando has to offer. Superbly furnished to maximise you holiday experience. Superb location with easy access to Disney, Universal, Sea World, Discovery Cove, shopping, golf, etc. Superbly furnished. At home in England I work in the agriculture, I was looking to branch out and try my hand at something a bit different so i ended up with my second home in Kissimmee.

I originally bought 3072 seaview Castle Drive and really loved it & when the oppotunity on this home came up i could not resist.
Causley:This was our 3rd trip to Florida, and this house was by far the best we have stayed in. The house is only a few months old and has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Everything you could possibly want is
supplied including broadband and cable TV. The location is ideal for both
the Disney an Universal parks and the communal swimming pool is great. We
would definitely recommend this house to family and friends.
Barnett Family: The accommodation was ideally located, close to all the attractions and theme parks and a 24 hour supermarket less than 10 mins away - great for when you leave the Magic Kingdom at 11pm at night!. It was thoughtfully furnished, with everything we could possibly need - a real home from home, with the games room being an added bonus! The service received from start to finish has been without fault and the management company in Orlando were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this property.
Simon has been fantastic to work with in booking his home. The communication from him and the management company in Florida is exemplary. The home is beautiful, well maintained and very well fitted throughout. It is in a very quiet off road secure setting and is in a superb location for access to both Disney World theme parks and associated parks. Its a terrible shame we had to leave we loved it that much. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property to other families.

Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the size of this holiday home, it was perfect for our needs and ideally located for all the parks and locally eateries as they are only a short drive away.
The garage/games room was a good method of entertaining the kids of an evening as we had family pool and darts competitions. The communal pool is secure and a nice relaxing place to be as it is always relatively quiet unlike regular hotel pools, we often went there to wind down in the late afternoon following a park visit.
Booking the accommodation was straight forward and made pleasantly easy due to the high levels of customer service we encountered, I would definitely recommend this rental home and would not hesitate to stay here again.
Simon's property comes highly recommended. This home is spacious, very clean, well equipped, and in a great location. It is a 5-10 minute drive from Disney and close to several restaurants and shopping. We had excellent service from both Simon and the management company. Would love to stay here again next year.
The property is really well presented and has all the facilities you need for a holiday. The highlights are really spacious living areas with a games room for the children and the communal pool area is very well kept and excellent for recovering from hard days at the theme parks. Although it is communal it is rarely very busy and very spacious. Only takes 10 minutes to get to Disney parks and is around the corner from Walmart. Couldn't ask for more and would thoroughly recommend this property. We will be returning.
This house is a perfect place to stay . All you need is here . Property is well looked after and would love to return one day .
We arrived for a 2 week holiday on the 8th October 2014. The home was a perfect size and the kitchen well equipped although the only cooking we did involved the toaster. There are so many places to eat just a short drive away that there was no need to cook. Wal-Mart is a very short distance from the house and great for anything you need. We were a bit anxious about not having our own pool but it was not a problem. The pool was just a minute away and it was so warm - gorgeous!! The parks are all within an easy drive - especially Disney which was straight along the toll road about 4 miles. We are a family of four, the kids are 10 and 12 and we hope to get back to Florida in 4 years.We will definitely look at staying here again. Thank you for allowing us to use your home .
