This penthouse is an end unit with end balcony and Bathroom views and all 3 Units have the highest vantage point on the complex.

Fantastic sea views guaranteeing wonderful sunsets and sundowners.

Breakfasts and al fresco dining are equally enjoyable.

Lounge & dining areas are bright and spacious and again enjoy sea views.

All bedrooms are spacious, comfortable and high ceilinged. All are cooled/heated for the varied seasons.

The kitchen is large and fully equipped for the most discerning of cooks, family needs and informal snacking.

Two large bathrooms, shower over baths, toilets & bidets, fully tiled ceiling to floor, mirrored and electrically fitted out for hair dryer and shavers.

Nothing is needed from home.

Fantastic apartment

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment, the description of the apartment was spot on, we had all the comforts needed for a great vacation, the beach is really close to and gorgeous, the area is beautiful and peaceful. Old town Lagos is not walking distance but it's a very short drive and so are all the amenities such as supermarket and shops. We would definitely stay a second and third time at this apartment.

Nice Apartment but noisy.

Porto De Mos has been a favorite resort for us to stay over the last few years, mainly because it is off the beaten track and away from any real main roads. Its beach is lovely, it never gets to busy and it is usually peaceful. This apartment appealed to me because of the advertised "uninterrupted views of the Sea" but unfortunately this is no longer the case.

There is now a 3 storey block of apartments under construction 100 yards away.

Building work started at 8.00 am and generally finished around 7.00 pm which was a distraction while eating breakfast in the morning or having a nice glass of wine on the balcony before taking in the local eateries.

When the building work is completed next year this will still be a good place to stay. It was unfortunate that we were not informed of the building work as this spoilt our holiday experience in the apartment.

This apartment is well kitted out although the furniture was a little tired.

Owner's Response: Clearly as owners of an Apartment - we have no Control over Building works in our General Area. Secondly, the new Building does not materially affect the Magnificent Sea Views from our Penthouse Apartment - as we are on the highest land in the Area + we are 1 Floor higher than the Top of this new Building This new Building has been under Construction for some 4 Months now. Many Guests have stayed during this period - with only modest mention of the works - and certainly nobody saying it affected their Holiday. Hours of work are strictly set between 08.00 and 5.00 PM - to ensure Sleeping & Evening enjoyment is not affected. So again this is the 1st complaint we have had of works carrying on until 19.00 Hrs. We will certainly monitor working hours and hope to see Completion of the works by early 2016. Once these works are completed - it will be a very Tranquil place permanently - as no other development Areas are available. Our Sea Views will only be slightly affected, and we will post Photos once Construction is finished and we can show final result. Many thanks for your comments and also your endorsement of this lovely Location.

Perfect plays to be!

What a perfect and wonderful apartment. If you want to stay luxury, cheap with a perfect view and if you want to have a perfect distance between the city and the beach, then book this apartment. We will do it again next time!

Choice Property - Excellent Value

Spacious two bedroom apartment on the top floor of a quiet apartment complex perched on a hill with a view to the ocean. Clean, with updated and quality appliances and air conditioning (which we did not use - opening the windows on both sides allowed the cool sea breezes to flow freely). Would recommend this property quite highly

Very nice and luxury Apartment!

A wonderful and calm place to stay for a really affordable price! A walk to the (very nice) beach took about 5min and to the Center of Lagos about 20 min. The apartment was clean and tidy. You will even find a dishwasher and a washing machine. The service from the local agent was fast and very friendly. I really can recommend this place to everyone.

simply perfect

Highly professional booking service and assistance, good info package.

Description of the location and facilities were accurate: great sea view, beach at walking distance, equipment as described.

Local support was also very efficient

Football fans would eventually prefer a larger tv-screen ( where is the ball ?), but tne season is now already over ( yes , it´s Manu! ) and who cares about football in summertime?

Food lovers will find what ever they are looking for at the fantastic fish market in Lagos and if you would like to go for a sea bass in salt crust or a monk fish in red wine sauce, just do it, the kitchen is perfectly equipped.( recipes to follow after our next stay in this place)

We can highly recommend the property and have very appreciated the very professional management of the booking ( including deposit return)

These 3 Penthouse apartments are on the Top Floor of the only 4 storey Building in Porto de Mos complex.

They have uninterrupted sea views and panoramic views of the surrounding area from their dual balconies. Beautiful sunsets, boats, sand, al fresco dining and BBQ.

The apartments are 300 metres from the Sea, restaurants and bar.

Bus service into Lagos every 30 Minutes - bus stop is close to Beach area. Beside this area - you also have a Picnic Are + Football Pitch.

Lagos' fish restaurants, shops, hairdressers, Municipal Market ( fruits, veg, fish and meats), churches,museums,

Marina and the beautiful sea promenade (stretches along the seafront for a few kilometres) is a short walk away. Taxis are extremely cheap and bring you to the centre of Lagos for 5 Euro.

Water parks are located on the A 22 motorway and buses go there almost every hour.

Golf courses abound in the area - boa Vista, Alto, Penina, etc.
