About ruth turner
We live in a secluded farm house within Exmoor National Park, with numerous horses and dogs, and greatly enjoy the outdoor life. We purchased this apartment in the 5*La Manga Club to enable us to enjoy a little sunshine and luxury not too far from home! Living in the heart of Exmoor, we are not blessed with the best climate! so it is ideal to have almost guaranteed sunshine within a 2.5 hour plane journey. We now feel very privileged to have the best of both worlds, having peace and tranquility, in top class surroundings in both England and Spain. We hope you too will enjoy and be as enthusiastic as we and many others are about this beautiful apartment and its' surroundings.

It is both a stunning and beautiful location which has not been spoilt by over development. It is very peaceful, yet easily accessible from both Murcia and Alicante airports. The surrounding areas too are quiet and not over populated.

It has the benefit of being on the first floor, and frontline to the golf course, therefore with stunning views across the golf course. Wonderful and peaceful. A lovely family holiday
Lovely spacious villa with everything you need for a great holiday. Location is great with views over the golf course. The villa is spotless & very functional, beds are really comfy & there's lots of space for clothes. All rooms are en suite and the showers are good. Nice to have a washing machine too. Private pool is a decent size & my kids were in it loads and the sun is on the outdoor area till about 7.30pm. Although the villa belongs to a family it doesn't feel like you are stepping into their home - no clutter and it felt like our home very quickly. Ruth was very helpful & quick to reply. We loved Mirabel's, Dante's & La Canela for a top class meal and the Hatch take away was really good as is the new pizza place by the football pitches. Would definitely go back to this villa. A car is recommended

Fabulous apartment that exceeded expectations.
My family of 5 have just returned from a 2 week stay here. The apartment suited our needs perfectly and we loved having our own private pool which was a welcome relief from the heat. We were really able to relax as the apartment is situated in a quiet area of the resort and benefits from superb uninterrupted views of tbe golf course. We can highly recommend eating out at any of the restaurants in Los Belones square which offers good value for money and has a very pleasant atmosphere. Cartagena is also worth a visit for a day out. We will definitely return again soon.

Lovely apartment with amazing view
My family of 4 spent a week here at Easter. The apartment is luxurious with views over the golf course. It is only a 15 minute walk from the resort facilities. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property. The owner was very helpful with my enquiries before we arrived and we are hoping to visit again in the future.

A wonderful apartment.
This was our families first Spanish holiday, and its one we won't forget. The apartment is truly special, well maintained, very clean, quiet with fantastic views. Was great to have the pool and we spent many evenings sitting out on the terrace, very relaxing! In just a few minutes drive you are in the Club with its variety of restaurants, coffee shops and a great well stocked supermarket which we used regularly. Would recommend this apartment to family and friends and anyone who wants to stay in the La Manga resort.

Fantastic apartment, light and airy and very nicely decorated and furnished. The terrace and pool were a delight being much needed in the heat. We had breakfast every day under the awning and evening drinks looking out over the golf course.
In all, we had a marvellous stay and we will definitely be booking again for another complete chill out next year. I can thoroughly recommend Peter and Ruth's holiday home and their completely professional service and attention to detail. Thank you again.

Located in a very safe community with good access to a variety of restaurants on site at La Manga. We would definitely recommend to others and we hope to return again in the future.
The coast and small beach is situated about 3.5km. A number of other beaches in the area are within 10-15 mins drive.
Murcia airport is 25mins drive from the apartment. Alicante is about 1 hour. A car is recommended, although it is possible to walk to a number of attractions (within a 2 mile radius).
The nearest village of Los Belones is a 5 min drive, 10mins to the fishing village of Cabo De Palos, with numerous water-side restaurants, and within 20 mins are Cartegena town, La Manga strip and many other points of interest.
The area immediately surrounding our apartment is stunning with beautiful mountain views to the rear and the northern golf course to the front. Within walking distance are the La Manga Club hotel which is a convenient meeting place, or a short drive away are shops, cafes and restaurants of just about any description to suit all tastes. Take a short car ride to Cabo De Palos and see the local fishing boats and wander the streets with their lovely and intriguing shops, local fish markets, and end up for lunch or dinner beside the water in one of many superb restaurants (many specializing in sea food). The more adventurous may take a drive / walk down the famous La Manga strip and explore the beaches and facilities on offer, hopefully in glorious sunshine!!

Changeover Day: Changeover day is normally Saturday, but please enquire as to the availability of a different day. Arrivals are anytime after 4pm, with departures before 10am.
